RESUMO

É relatado um caso de hematoma subdural intracraniano secundário a fistula liquórica raquidiana, tecendo os autores comentários sob sua rara incidência e fisiopatogenia.

A case of intracranial subdural haematoma secondary to a lumbar cerebrospinal fluid fistula is reported. Comments are made on its rare incidence and on its pathogenesis.
