Abstracts

An antigenic fraction of Schistosoma mansoni, obtained from adult worms, has precipttated within 35 minutes with human sera from schistosomotic patients and became visible without staining, using the immunoeletroctroosmophoretic method (I.E.O.F.).

Fração antigênica de Schistosoma mansoni obtida a partir de vermes adultos, precipitou em 35 minutos com soros de doentes com esquistossomose manônica e tornou-se visível sem coloração, utilizando-se o método de imunoeletroosmoforese (I.E.O.F.).

RESUMO

Fração antigênica de Schistosoma mansoni obtida a partir de vermes adultos, precipitou em 35 minutos com soros de doentes com esquistossomose manônica e tornou-se visível sem coloração, utilizando-se o método de imunoeletroosmoforese (I.E.O.F.).

An antigenic fraction of Schistosoma mansoni, obtained from adult worms, has precipttated within 35 minutes with human sera from schistosomotic patients and became visible without staining, using the immunoeletroctroosmophoretic method (I.E.O.F.).
