ESTUDO DA IDENTIFICAÇÃO DOS PROBLEMAS DE ENFERMAGEM EM PACIENTES HOSPITALIZADOS COM PNEUMOPATIAS

Study about the identification of nursing problems in hospitalized patients with respiratory diseases

Resumos

A autora propõe-se estudar os problemas de enfermagem apresentados por pacientes adultos, hospitalizados, com pneumopatias, verificado por meio de entrevista e observação sistematizada.

O instrumento histórico de enfermagem, utilizado para coleta dos dados, foi elaborado pela autora com vistas a concluir, também, sobre sua eficiência.

A população estudada constou de 28 pacientes distribuidos igualmente entre os sexos e compreendidos entre as idades de 20 e 80 anos. Foram levantados 617 problemas de enfermagem, classificados em dez áreas. Na conclusão a autora relaciona os problemas prioritários de todas as áreas, tendo encontrado como prioridade para a assistência de enfermagem os problemas das áreas cardio-respiratôria, de nutrição e emocional O histórico de enfermagem foi considerado eficiente.

A autora faz ainda recomendações pertinentes à adequação e melhoria dos cuidados de enfermagem aos pacientes com pneumopatias.

The author purposes to study the nursing problems revealed by the adult patients hospitalized with respiratory diseases, wich were obtained by interview and sistematized observation.

The instrument nursing history employed for assessment was organized by the author who intends, also, to measure its efficiency.

The population consisted of 28 patients from 20 to 80 years old, 14 male and 14 female. The nursing problems were assessed and classified within ten areas. In the conclusion, the author lists all of these areas considered prioritary for nursing assistance: respiratory, nutritional and emotional. The nursing history was considered efficient.

The author also makes recommendations regarding pertinent advice improvement of nursing care to patients with respiratory disease.
