Science of Unitary Human Beings and its view about creativity in Nursing practice

O artigo aborda algumas formas de utilizar e conceitualizar a criatividade na prática da Enfermagem sob o ponto de vista de Martha Rogers, teorista norte americana, A ciencia do Ser Humano Unitário de Rogers considera que a utilização do potencial criador dos enfermeiros é essencial para o desenvolvimento da prática e do corpo de conhecimentos de enfermagem.

The article describes some of the uses and conceptualizations about creativity in. nursing by the point of view of Martha Rogers. Rogers' Science of Unitary Human Beings considers the use of nurses' creative potential as something to develop nursing knowledge and practice.
