The 50^th anniversary and the 25^th Dental Congress of the Bauru School of Dentistry of the University of São Paulo

Dear Readers,

It is a great honor to announce two important events that will take place in May, 2012 at our school.

On May 17^th, the Bauru School of Dentistry of the University of São Paulo (FOB/USP) will celebrate its 50^th anniversary. The 25^th edition of the Dental Congress of Bauru will be part of the celebrations of the Golden Jubilee, and will be held in our campus from May 17^th through May 19^th, 2012. International and national speakers will present lectures and courses, which will be attended by undergraduate and graduate students as well as professors and clinicians seeking for up-to-date scientific information. Additionally, students from all over the country will also present their research and clinical works in posters and oral sessions, which is also an excellent opportunity for spreading scientific findings.

Therefore, we invite all of you to take part in this precious moment. We also take the advantage of this opportunity to express our gratitude to all of those who have helped and/or continue to help building such a beautiful history of FOB/USP: current and former undergraduate students, faculty and staff.
