RESUMEN: Este artículo desarrolla la génesis del Trabajo Social Socio Jurídico bajo la influencia del higienismo y del modelo jurídico de la época en que se crea la profesión en Chile. Aborda su desarrollo disciplinar desde 1928 y el cambio de paradigma a partir de la Convención de los Derechos del Niño en 1990, identificando algunos hitos que han marcado los desafíos que el Trabajo Social Socio Jurídico ha enfrentado en los 90 años de existencia del Trabajo Social en Chile.

ABSTRACT: This article develops the genesis of socio-legal social work under the influence of hygienism and legal model of the time when the profession in Chile is created. Discusses its development discipline since 1928 and the paradigm shift from the Convention on the Rights of the Child in 1990, identifying some milestones that have marked the challenges that social work partner law has faced in 90 years of the Social Work Chile.

Resumo: A partir de uma pesquisa documental sobre o processo que culminou na aprovação da Lei nº 8.662/93, este artigo analisa certos elementos de indefinição presentes nesse aparato legal articulando-o ao percurso legislativo. São analisados documentos produzidos pela categoria e emitidos pela Câmara e pelo Senado para compreender os efeitos de algumas perdas que se deram entre o projeto original e a lei promulgada, apontando possíveis impactos para a definição das atribuições do Serviço Social.

Abstract: From a documentary research on the process that culminated in the approval of the Law nº 8.662/93, this article analyzes certain elements of indefinition present in the legal apparatus articulating it to the legislative process. We analyze documents produced by the category and of issued by of the Chamber and of the Senate to analyze effects some losses between the original bill and law enacted, also pointing out the impact for the definition of the and duties of the Social Work.

Resumo: Este texto apresenta reflexões sobre requisições conservadoras para os profissionais do Serviço Social no sociojurídico, particularmente no Judiciário, e sinaliza para possibilidades de resistências. Destaca que essas requisições são múltiplas, complexas e desafiadoras e revelam o avanço da judicialização de expressões da questão social; discorre sobre disposições legislativas recentes que fazem avançar o controle do Estado burguês sobre a população trabalhadora, podendo, dentre suas variadas estratégias, fazer uso do trabalho cotidiano do assistente social.

Abstract: This text presents reflections about conservative requisitions for the professionals of the Social Service in the socio-juridical, particularly in the Judiciary, and points to possibilities of resistances. Highlighting that these requisitions are multiple, complex and challengers, and reveal the progress of the judicialization of expressions of the social issue, it deals with recent legislative provisions which advance the control of the bourgeois State over the working population, and are able, among its various strategies, to make use of the daily work of the social assistant.

Resumo: Apesar das conquistas preconizadas pelo Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente, presenciamos, por parte de setores conservadores, um forte apelo em torno da redução da idade penal para dezesseis anos. Dessa forma, o presente artigo tem como objetivo tratar sobre a ineficiência da redução da maioridade penal, uma vez que concluímos que tal proposta não compreende os adolescentes dentro das cadeias de desigualdade social na qual estão inseridos, limitando-se a culpabilizar o sujeito por uma questão que, mais do que individual, é estrutural e social.

Abstract: Despite the achievements of the Statute of the Child and the adolescent, we have witnessed, on the part of conservative sectors, a strong appeal about the reduction of the penal age for the 16 years. Thus, this article aims to deal with the inefficiency of the reduction of the criminal majority, since, we conclude that this proposal does not understand the adolescents within the social inequality chains in which they are inserted, being limited to blaming the individual for a question that is more than individual and structural and social.

Resumen: La presente comunicación es un primer avance de la investigación "La activación como estrategia de combate a la pobreza..." en curso. Los autores sostienen, a partir de un análisis socio-histórico de los procesos de transformación en el mundo del trabajo marcado por la ofensiva del capital sobre las conquistas del trabajo, los discursos y prácticas que apuntan a la activación como estrategia de combate al desempleo y la pobreza son consistentes y solidarios con la ofensiva mencionada.

Abstract: This communication is a first step in the research "Activation as a strategy to fight against poverty..." in progress. From a socio-historical analysis of the processes of transformation in the world of work, the authors argue that, in this regressive context, marked by the advance of capital over the conquest of work, discourses and practices that point to the activation. As a strategy to combat Unemployment and poverty are consistent and in solidarity with the mentioned advance.

Resumo: Este artigo debate as transformações do mundo do trabalho sob a égide dos organismos multilaterais, dando ênfase à disseminação do ideário gerencial no setor público, espaço privilegiado de atuação do assistente social. Realizamos um levantamento bibliográfico do pensamento social crítico, bem como documental do Judiciário trabalhista carioca enquanto espaço sócio-ocupacional reestruturado. Conclui-se que essa conjuntura inflexiona a tradição progressista do Serviço Social brasileiro.

Abstract: This article discusses the transformation of the workers world under the influence of multilateral organizations, emphasizing the dissemination of managerial ideas in the public sector - a privileged space for social worker performance. Was performed a bibliographysurvey of the critical social thinking, as well as a documentary of the Rio labor court as a restructured socio-occupational space. We conclude that this situation shrugs the progressive tradition of Brazilian Social Service.

Resumo: Este texto trata do movimento de contrarreforma (restrições de direitos) referentes à Previdência Social iniciado na década de 1990 e das propostas para o seu aprofundamento, com a PEC nº 287/2016, diante do agravamento da crise estrutural do capital, da crescente (e questionável) dívida pública e das pressões das instituições financeiras (bancos, fundos de pensão, entre outras), sobre o Estado, para reorientar o máximo possível o fundo público a seu favor e de outras frações do grande capital. Trata ainda de possíveis consequências sociais diante de uma eventual aprovação da PEC nº 287/2016.

Abstract: This text deals with the counter reformation movement (restrictions of rights) concerning social welfare started in the 1990s and the proposals for its deepening, with the Proposed Constitutional Amendment - PEC nº 287/2016, in the face of the worsening structural crisis of capital, the growing (and questionable) public debt and the pressures of financial institutions (banks, pension funds, among others), on the State, in order to redirect as much as possible the public fund in its favor and other fractions of the big capital. It also discusses the possible social consequences of a probable approval of the referred PEC nº 287/ 2016.

Resumo: A financeirização da economia, no contexto da reestruturação produtiva e de redefinição das orientações macroeconômicas e funções do Estado social, vem ocasionando sérias consequências às populações mundiais, particularmente em relação aos direitos e políticas sociais destinados à classe trabalhadora. Em meio a essa estratégia, a Previdência Social tem sido uma das mais atacadas, representando um risco constante à proteção social dos trabalhadores e suas famílias no Brasil e no mundo.

Abstract: The financialization of the economy, in the context of productive restructuring and a redefinition of macroeconomic guidelines and functions of the Social State, bringing serious consequences for the world population, particularly in relation of rights e social policy for the working class. Through this strategy, social security has been one of the most attacked, representing a constant risk for the social protection of workers and their families in Brazil and in all over the world.

Resumo: O presente artigo origina-se da tese de doutoramento em Serviço Social pela UFPE. O artigo tece algumas considerações acerca do agronegócio e do papel da burguesia agrária neste setor. O campo brasileiro apresenta uma permanente luta de classes, entre aqueles que detêm os meios de produção (burguesia agrária) e aqueles/ as que detêm apenas a força de trabalho (trabalhadores/as rurais). Quem são os representantes dessa burguesia agrária? Como estão representados nos poderes Legislativo, Executivo e Judiciário? Quais suas organizações? Abstract: This article originates from the PhD thesis in Social Service by UFPE. The article presents some considerations about agribusiness and the role of the agrarian bourgeoisie in this sector. The Brazilian countryside presents a permanent class struggle between those who hold the means of production (agrarian bourgeoisie) and those who only hold the labor force (rural workers). Who are the representatives of this agrarian bourgeoisie? How are they represented in the legislative, executive and judicial branches? What are your organizations? How do they interfere in the economic development of the country?
