RESUMO: O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar em linhas gerais de que maneira a psicose é diagnosticada e tratada pela psicoterapia institucional. Partiremos da tese de doutorado de Tosquelles, na qual a psicose é pensada como fenômeno existencial comparável à experiência de fim de mundo. Trata-se aqui de salientar a importância da compreensão da experiência do doente e de sua elaboração criativa no desenvolvimento do quadro psicótico. Em seguida, analisaremos de que maneira Oury une a teoria de Tosquelles à psicanálise para desenvolver uma clínica multirreferencial e polifônica. No interior desse quadro teórico e prático, buscaremos traçar a inflexão política que Guattari dará à experiência clínica da psicoterapia institucional.

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to outline how psychosis is diagnosed and treated by institutional psychotherapy. We will begin with Tosquelles’ doctoral thesis, in which psychosis is thought as an existential phenomenon comparable to the experience of the end of the world. It is important to emphasize the importance of understanding the patient’s experience and his creative elaboration in the development of the psychotic picture. Then, we will analyze how Oury unites the theory of Tosquelles to psychoanalysis to develop a multirreferential and polyphonic clinic. Within this theoretical and practical framework we will trace the political inflection that Guattari will attribute to the experience of self-management proposed by institutional psychotherapy.

RESUMO: Neste artigo, são discutidas possibilidades de tecitura entre os pressupostos da Reforma Psiquiátrica Brasileira e a lógica diagnóstica psicanalítica. Veicula-se brevemente a história desse importante movimento. Posteriormente, são apresentados elementos do diagnóstico em psicanálise, enfatizando o lugar do sujeito e sua dimensão irredutível frente aos discursos sociais hegemônicos. Demonstra-se o quanto a clínica psicanalítica coincide com um processo de “crítica da ideologia”, levantando questões da lógica diagnóstica predominante nos serviços substitutivos aos manicômios, de modo que são assinaladas as convergências entre o trabalho psicossocial e a clínica. Por fim, destaca-se que a psicanálise se constitui como uma forma específica de oferecer escuta, visando efeitos de desalienação e reconhecimento da diferença.

Abstract: In this article, are discussed possibilities of interlacing between the presuppositions of the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform and the psychoanalytical diagnostic logic. The history of this important movement is briefly conveyed. Posteriorly, elements of the diagnosis in psychoanalysis are presented, highlighting the place of the subject and its irreducible dimension in front of the hegemonic social discourses. It is demonstrated how much the psychoanalytic clinic coincides with a process of “critique of ideology”, raising questions on the diagnostic logic currently prevalent in the substitute services to asylums, so that the convergences between the psychosocial and the clinical work are pointed. Finally, it is highlighted that the psychoanalysis constitutes a specific form of listening, aiming at the effects of de-alienation and recognition of difference.

Resumo: O objetivo é demonstrar que a reflexão sobre a cura é central para o surgimento da psicanálise entre a tradição clínica e a psicoterápica. Além de uma clínica ou uma psicoterapia, a psicanálise deve ser reconhecida como uma experiência de cura. Por fim, defenderemos que, por ter a cura como a realização de uma experiência singular em seu seio, a psicanálise freudiana estabelece uma proposta de cura de caráter universal: em cada realização singular da cura não teremos a integração da singularidade a nenhuma totalidade. A cura como a realização de uma experiência singular não será idêntica a nada.

Abstract: The objective is to demonstrate that the discussion about cure is central to the emergence of psychoanalysis between the clinical and psychotherapeutic tradition. In addition to a clinic or psychotherapy, psychoanalysis must be recognized as a cure experience. Finally, we will propose that, by affirming the cure as the realization of a singular experience, Freudian psychoanalysis establishes a proposal of universal healing: in each singular realization of healing we will not have the integration of the singularity into any totality. Cure as the realization of a singular experience will not be identical to anything.

RESUMO: O artigo aborda a psicanálise como função e ética do analista: o ato psicanalítico, a interpretação e as construções. O ato psicanalítico de instaurar a transferência como pivô do trabalho de análise, equívoco do suposto saber ato inaugural de uma análise e em todo seu trajeto. A interpretação, leitura da escrita do sintoma que opera pela função do significante, estrutura de linguagem. As construções, leitura que reescreve a história (e pré-história) pulsional escrita no sintoma, tocando o limite do ahistórico.

Abstract: The article approaches psychoanalysis as the analyst’s function and ethics: the psychoanalytic act, the interpretation and the constructions. The psychoanalytic act of instituting transference as the pivot of the work of analysis, the misunderstanding of supposed knowledge the inaugural act of an analysis and its entire course. The interpretation, reading of the writing of the symptom that operates by the function of the signifying, language structure. The constructions, reading that rewrites the history (and prehistory) harm written in the symptom, reaching the limit of the ahistorical.

RESUMO: O objetivo deste artigo é discutir os efeitos das alianças inconscientes na restrição à extensão da psicanálise no que se refere à construção do conhecimento psicanalítico sobre os grupos. Cinquenta e cinco textos publicados na Revista Brasileira de Psicanálise RBP, entre 1967 e 1976, foram analisados a partir do referencial teórico-metodológico proposto por René Kaës. Numa breve reconstrução histórica, operou-se com o conceito de alianças inconscientes com o propósito de investigar as bases narcísicas presentes desde as origens da psicanálise; que restringiram a capacidade de pensar o grupo no campo da psicanálise. Benefícios narcísicos foram extraídos destas resistências que ainda hoje dificultam a extensão da psicanálise no que diz respeito à inclusão do grupo como objeto teórico.

Abstract: Contributions of René Kaës to the epistemology of psychoanalysis. The objective of this article is to discuss the effects of the unconscious alliances on extension of psychoanalysis. 55 texts published in the Revista Brasileira de Psicanálise between 1967 and 1976 were analyzed under the theoretical framework of René Kaës. A brief historical reconstruction with the concept of unconscious alliances in order to investigate the narcissistic bases present since the origins of psychoanalysis; that restricted the capacity to think in the group in the field of psychoanalysis. Narcissistic benefits were extracted of this resistance, that still today difficult the extension of the psychoanalysis for the inclusion of the group as a theoretical object.

Resumo: Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar a noção lacaniana de gozo e sua conexão com a noção de pulsão de morte. Nosso objetivo é destacar a evolução da articulação entre essas duas noções através do ensino de Lacan. Quando Lacan primeiro fornece uma base teórica à noção de gozo, ele critica a validade da pulsão de morte como um conceito. Dez anos depois, a pulsão de morte é reabilitada e parcialmente assimilada ao gozo. Entre esses dois momentos, o gozo desempenha um papel central no ensino do psicanalista francês.

ABSTRACT: This article aims to analyze the Lacanian notion of jouissance and its connection to the notion of death drive. Our purpose is to highlight the evolution of the articulation between these two notions across Lacan’s teaching. When Lacan first gives a theoretical basis to the notion of jouissance, he criticizes the validity of death drive as a concept. Ten years later, death drive is rehabilitated and partially assimilated to jouissance. Between these two moments, jouissance plays a central role in the French psychoanalyst’s teaching.

RESUMO: Considerando que Thomas Ogden é um dos psicanalistas representantes da psicanálise contemporânea transmatricial (FIGUEIREDO; COELHO JÚNIOR, 2018), o artigo apresenta a passagem e transformação do conceito de identificação projetiva (KLEIN, 1946) para o de terceiro analítico (OGDEN, 1994) por meio da análise e discussão de publicações do autor, em que faz articulações tanto com conceitos de Winnicott, quanto de Bion. Para Ogden, os conceitos são metáforas que nomeiam diferentes aspectos do funcionamento mental, e as transformações conceituais estariam, então, nos pequenos deslizamentos de sentidos, nas sutilezas do texto e no uso diverso das expressões.

Abstract: Considering Thomas Ogden is one of the psychoanalysts representing the contemporary transmatrix psychoanalysis (FIGUEIREDO; COELHO JÚNIOR, 2018), the article presents the passage and transformation from the projective identification concept (KLEIN, 1946) into the analytic third (OGDEN, 1994) by means of the analysis and discussions of publications by the author, in which he makes articulations both with Winnicott’s and Bion’s concepts. To Ogden, concepts are metaphors which name different aspects of the mental functioning, and the conceptual transformations are, therefore, in the small changes in meaning, in the subtlety of the text and the diverse use of expressions.

Resumo: A transfobia, enquanto prática de violência e exclusão, é infligida de diversas formas contra indivíduos travestis e transexuais, sendo as trans significativamente mais atingidas. Neste artigo, estabelecemos um diálogo com o conceito de corpos abjetos de Judith Butler e as formulações da psicanálise acerca da constituição do sujeito e teoria da sexuação com o objetivo de pensar a transfobia enquanto um fenômeno de segregação. Nossa hipótese é que a trans pode funcionar como uma lente de aumento sobre o gozo não codificado pela linguagem, essa espécie de aberração que espreita todo ser falante, mas da qual nada queremos saber.

Abstract: Transphobia, as a practice of violence and exclusion, is inflicted in several ways against transvestites and transsexuals, but the “trans” women are significantly more affected. In this article we make a dialogue between Judith Butler’s concept of abject bodies and Psychoanalysis formulations about the constitution of the subject and the theory of sexuation, aiming to think transphobia as a phenomenon of segregation. Our hypothesis is that the “trans” women figures may work as a magnifying glass over the jouissance not encoded by language, this type of aberration that peeks every speaking being, which we don’t want to know about.

Resumo: Neste artigo, buscaremos aprofundar nosso entendimento clínico acerca dos fenômenos psicossomáticos como uma escrita direta no corpo, articulando sua distinção dos sintomas enquanto formações do inconsciente, como a psicanálise os concebe. Enfatizaremos o contraste entre essas formações clínicas psicopatológicas e os sintomas enquanto metáfora, abordando hipóteses possíveis para a direção do tratamento.

Abstract: In this article we will seek to deepen our clinical understanding about psychosomatic phenomena as a direct writing in the body, articulating its distinction from symptoms as formations of the unconscious, as how psychoanalysis conceives them. We will emphasize the contrast between these psychopathological clinical formations and the symptoms as a metaphor, addressing possible hypotheses for the direction of treatment.

Resumo: Este estudo teve como objetivo refletir sobre o papel da ilusão simbiótica na construção da identidade feminina em mulheres com transtornos alimentares (TAs), utilizando as premissas da psicossomática psicanalítica. Considerando-se os TAs como psicopatologias relacionadas à economia afetiva, as relações edípicas desempenham papel crucial no processo de construção de identidade. As relações mãe-filha nos TAs são moldadas pela ilusão simbiótica, com figuras paternas enfraquecidas. Nós apresentamos brevemente um estudo de caso para ilustrar os conceitos do referencial teórico. A postura omissa do pai para interditar a relação simbiótica com a mãe leva a filha à impossibilidade de investir libidinalmente em outros objetos.

Abstract: This study aims primarily to reflect on the role of symbiotic illusion in the construction of female identity in women with eating disorders (ED), using premises from psychoanalytic psychosomatics. Considering ED as psychopathologies related to the affective economy, Oedipal relations play crucial role in the process of identity constitution. Mother-daughter relationships in ED are shaped in the molds of symbiotic illusion, with weak father figures. We presented a case study to briefly illustrate the theoretical framework. The omissive posture of a father to interdict the symbiotic relation leads daughters to find themselves unable to libidinally invest in other objects.

RESUMO: Em Freud, a mulher é irremediavelmente ligada a uma reivindicação fálica jamais satisfeita e a assunção da feminilidade coincide com a maternidade. Que o feminino não se deixe recobrir inteiramente pela mãe é, por outro lado, destacado por Lacan. A prática da conversação com adolescentes mães e gestantes realizada no âmbito de uma pesquisa revela que, apesar das diversas conquistas das mulheres nas últimas décadas, a maternidade fornece ainda hoje significado e imagem com os quais se revestem o feminino pela via do ter fálico. Contudo, a tentativa de encerrar o feminino na mãe não cessa de fracassar.

Abstract: For Freud, the woman is inexorably linked to a phallic claim and the assumption of feminility does coincide with motherhood. For Lacan, on the other hand, the feminility does not overlap completely with motherhood. The conversation practice we conducted with teenagers, both mothers and pregnant, has shown that, in spite of all the progress made by women in the last decades, the meaning and the image of motherhood around the feminility are still defined by the phallic. However, all the efforts to close the feminility in motherhood does not stop failing.

RESUMO: Este trabalho apresenta uma breve contextualização sobre as configurações familiares na atualidade, de forma a articular o desejo de família à questão da transmissão psíquica geracional. Toma como ponto de partida o conceito freudiano de transmissão, problematizando-o no entrecruzamento da dimensão individual, contexto cultural e geracional. Assim, ressalta a dimensão propriamente inconsciente daquilo que é transmitido em sua vinculação com a repetição e a possibilidade de transformar o conteúdo recebido em algo singular. Conclui diferenciando o que os autores denominam como transmissão psíquica intergeracional e transgeracional, tomando para análise fragmentos de um caso clínico.

Abstract: This paper presents a brief background on current family configurations in order to articulate the desire of families towards generational psychic transmission. It takes as its starting point the Freudian concept of transmission, discussing it in the intersection of the individual, cultural and generational dimensions. Therefore, it highlights the unconscious dimension of what is transmitted in its relationship with the repetition, and the possibility of transforming the received content into something unique. Finally, the distinction between what the authors refer to as intergenerational and transgenerational psychic transmission is made, based on the analysis of fragments of a case study.

Resumo: O artigo ocupa-se de mostrar como a perversão é uma temática que ativa a pesquisa. Explora, inicialmente, a ideia de Freud sobre o fetichismo como paradigma desse operador clínico, intervalo necessário entre a neurose e a psicose. Depois apresenta noções formuladas por Lacan em seus ensinamentos. Examina, posteriormente, o filme A professora de piano, de Haneke (2001), considerando-o material que contribui diante da escassez de casos sobre perversão. Encontra no filme elementos para pensar e indagar a suplência perversa na psicose. A professora ensina a propósito da amarração do nó borromeano entre amor, desejo, gozo e do estabelecimento do que Lacan chama: “falso furo”. O artigo, finalmente, formula questões sobre essa estrutura clínica que, diferentemente das outras duas, se organiza não em certezas, mas adiantando respostas.

ABSTRACT: This article aims to demonstrate how perversion, as a subject, activates investigation. As a starting point, it explores Freud’s idea surrounding fetishism as a paradigm of itself; a necessary interval between neurosis and psychosis. This analysis is followed by a presentation of various notions developed by Lacan in his teachings. Subsequently, the article analyzes Haneke’s 2001 film “The piano teacher”, here considered as a case of substitute perversion that adds to the few documented cases of this nature. The movie contributes elements that allow to think about and further develop the notion of substitute perversion in psychosis. In it, “the teacher” demonstrates the separation between love, desire, juissance and what Lacan calls “false hole” through borromean rings. Lastly, questions are posed regarding perversion; organized by answers, opposite the two aforementioned structures.
