RESUMO O texto interroga as práticas da Organização das Nações Unidas para a Educação, a Ciência e a Cultura (UNESCO) frente às mulheres brasileiras e opera uma analítica dos discursos racistas e utilitaristas que promovem disciplina e regulações securitárias com base na educação e cultura. A preocupação com os direitos violados nos países chamados em desenvolvimento pela UNESCO, e seus designados parceiros se, de um lado, constitui um importante anteparo às violências, de outro, cria condições para práticas disciplinares e securitárias de base neoliberal e mundializada que devem ser problematizadas. As mulheres entram na agenda da UNESCO sob o ângulo da segurança ameaçada e da segurança a realizar traduzido em políticas públicas dirigidas a elas e a seus filhos.Resumo em Inglês:
ABSTRACT This article interrogates the practices of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) towards brazilian women. Elaborates the Foucault´s analytics of racists and utilitarian discourses that promote discipline and securitarian regulations through education and culture. The concern with the violated rights in developing countries named by UNESCO and its designated partners, constitutes an important bulkhead to violence. However, guidelines and practices recommended by this multilateral Organization although potencially capable of producing specific improvements in the lives of some women, update neoliberal biopolitics justified by humanitarian and universalizing principles. Women are on UNESCO’s agenda from the perspective of threatened security and security, translated into public policies aimed at them and their children.Resumo em Português:
RESUMO Esse artigo busca responder a seguinte questão: o que pode a escrita fazer frente à voz? Para esse fim, os autores pesquisam nas obras do filósofo alemão Walter Benjamin o conceito de origem para argumentar que a escrita ao mesmo tempo salva e aniquila a presença e a potência da voz. Os autores exploram não apenas os métodos para a procura das origens mas também apresentam e discutem a história da escrita e a experiência de ouvir vozes no ato da leitura. Através do diálogo com a história da escrita, o intuito do artigo é apresentar uma concepção de escrita baseada em conceitos benjaminianos.Resumo em Inglês:
ABSTRACT This paper aims to answer the following question: what writing can do in the face of voice? For this purpose, the authors research the concept of origin within the works of the German philosopher Walter Benjamin in order to argue that at the same time the writ ing saves and annihilates the presence and the power of the voice. The authors explore not only methods to search origins but also present and discuss the history of writing and the experience of listening voices in psychosis and in the act of reading.Resumo em Português:
RESUMO O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar as tensões estabelecidas entre a linguagem e o poder em duas searas aparentemente distintas: a genômica e o livro. Partindo da relação entre corpo, texto e poder, tomamos a história do livro e da genômica para estabelecer uma reflexão sobre a vontade de verdade e de ordem no seio da linguagem, a partir das imposições da melhor leitura do texto escrito e do código genético. Mostramos também que, tanto a literatura quanto a pós-genômica apresentam elementos que escapam à determinação de ordem, imposta pelas vontades de verdade e estabelecidas por relações de forças.Resumo em Inglês:
ABSTRACT The present paper aims to analyze the tensions established between the language and the power in distincts fields: the genomic and the book. Leaving of the relation between body, text and power, we take the history of the book and the genomic to establish a reflection on the will of truth and the order, from the impositions of the best reading of the written text and the genetic code. We also show that, as much literature how much after-genomic they present elements that escape to the determination of order, imposed for the wills of truth and established by relations of forces.Resumo em Português:
RESUMO Este artigo tem o objetivo de explicar processos subjetivos associados à depressão, apoiando-se em um estudo de caso. O trabalho fundamenta-se no método construtivo-interpretativo, que tem como principal referência a Teoria da Subjetividade em uma perspectiva cultural-histórica. O olhar para a subjetividade, nesse viés, distancia-se da hegemônica reificação patológica da depressão, que tem limitado as práticas de saúde mental ao oferecer instrumentos teóricos que favorecem a percepção sobre como esse fenômeno expressa-se concretamente em trajetórias únicas de vida. Nesse sentido, com base no referencial teórico adotado, foi possível gerar inteligibilidade sobre a singular complexidade do processo depressivo a partir do caso estudado. Haja vista essa proposta, colocou-se em discussão que considerar a pessoa deprimida em sua integralidade, incluindo suas concepções, vivências e formas de sociabilidade, é fundamental para fomentar reflexões e estratégias que não dissociem clínica, cultura e sociedade. Trata-se de situar o processo depressivo dentro de uma trama concreta de vida, não o contrário.Resumo em Inglês:
ABSTRACT This article aims to explain subjective processes related to depression, supported by a case study. This work is based on the constructive-interpretative method, having as its main theoretical referential the Theory of Subjectivity in a cultural-historical approach. The subjectivity in the referred perspective differs from the hegemonic pathological reification of depression, which has limited mental health practices, by offering theoretical tools that favor theoretical visibility on how this phenomenon concretely expresses in unique trajectories of life. Therefore, based on the adopted theoretical framework, it was possible to generate intelligibility about the uniqueness complexity of depressive process regarding the studied case. Thus, it pointed out that to consider the depressed person in its entirety, including its conceptions, experiences and ways of sociability, is fundamental to promote reflections and strategies that do not dissociate clinic, culture and society. That is to situate the depressive process inside a concrete weft of life, not the other way.Resumo em Português:
RESUMO Este trabalho parte de uma inquietação acerca dos dizeres que vêm se constituindo na mídia sobre a mulher em seu papel de mãe em nossa sociedade. Trabalhando na articulação entre a Análise do Discurso e a psicanálise lacaniana, nosso corpus de pesquisa constituiu-se de manchetes de notícias sobre abandono e infanticídio, divulgadas em portais eletrônicos. Tivemos como objetivo central analisar a discursivização da mulher-mãe, a partir do conceito de genérico discursivo e também observar se as manchetes analisadas produzem efeitos que podem ser compreendidos como elementos indiciários de que A mulher, enquanto conjunto, não existe. A análise indicou que as notícias constituem-se como acontecimentos que fogem ao discurso vigente e colocam-se como indícios a serem observados, por apontarem para um deslocamento na contemporaneidade. Esse processo ratifica a existência do grupo das mulheres-mães, mas ao mesmo tempo indica um furo nesse grupo pretensamente homogêneo.Resumo em Inglês:
ABSTRACT This article arises from a concern about the sayings about woman as regards her societal role of mother. Based on the articulation of Discourse Analysis and lacanian psychoanalysis, our research corpus was composed of headlines about abandonment and infanticide conveyed on news online homepages. Our main objective was to analyze the discoursivization about mother-woman, based on the concept of discoursive generics, and to observe if the analyzed headlines produce effects that may be understood as index elements that The woman, as a group, does not exist. Analysis highlighted that news are events that are beyond the current discourses and are index to be observed, since they point to a shift in contemporaneity. This process confirms the existence of the group mothers-women, at the same time as it marks a puncture in this allegedly homogenous group.Resumo em Português:
RESUMO A partir de uma perspectiva da Psicologia Política e do referencial analítico foucaultiano, o estudo busca construir reflexões sobre Organizações Não-Governamentais voltadas ao público infanto-juvenil como dispositivos de poder. Para tanto - a partir de revisões bibliográficas e relatos de situações vivenciadas pela pesquisadora nesse tipo de instituição - localiza estratégias de poder identificadas com a a disciplina e a biopolítica, organizadas a partir de tecnologias e relações que controlam indivíduos e populações, tendo suas ações e posicionamentos justificados sob a lógica do governo do bem-estar.Resumo em Inglês:
ABSTRACT From a Political Psychology perspective and the Foucault’s analytical referential, the study aims to build reflections about non-governmental organizations focused on youth public as power devices. Therefore - from literature reviews and reports of situations experienced by the researcher in this kind of institution - locates strategies of power identified with the discipline and biopolitics, organized from technologies and relationships that control individuals and populations, having their actions and positions justified on the welfare government logic.Resumo em Português:
RESUMO Discutiremos neste artigo a relação entre juventude e território, contrapondo o espaço ocupado ao ideal de cidade e subjetividade contido nas remoções urbanas. O artigo é desdobramento da pesquisa “Territórios em movimento: narrativas de jovens sobre viver, habitar, resistir”, realizada no mestrado acadêmico do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Psicologia Social da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). A pesquisa acompanhou um projeto de extensão universitária realizado em parceria com equipe de atenção primária em saúde de uma comunidade de Porto Alegre em processo de remoção e reassentamento associado às reformas para sediar a Copa do Mundo de 2014. Utilizando-se de narrativas, a pesquisa problematizou a influência das experiências de jovens com os territórios de moradia em sua subjetivação. Os principais orientadores metodológicos foram o Método da Montagem, Narração, Flânerie, de Walter Benjamin. Solidariedade, vizinhança, violência, meio ambiente, rede intersetorial, relação com a cidade foram temas que emergiram.Resumo em Inglês:
ABSTRACT This article discusses the importance of the territory in the juvenile experiences, especially in urban occupations and in resettlement process, in counterpoint to the ideal of the city and subjectivity in the removals. Results of the research “Moving territories: youth narratives about living, reside, resist”, held in Post Graduate Program in Social Psychology (Master) at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). This study gathered data from a university extension project in partnership with a Primary Care Health Service in a community in an urban resettlement process associated to the 2014 World Cup in Porto Alegre, Brazil. The participants narrated their experiences with their territories and the research questioned the influences of these experiences in their subjectivity. The main methodological references are the Literaly Montage method, Narration, Flânerie, of Walter Benjamin. Solidarity, neighborhood, violence, environment, intersectional network, interaction between them and their city were themes that emerged.
