Larvae of Psectrogaster amazonica and Potamorhina altamazonica, obtained by artificial fertilization, were described. The morphologic, morphometric characteristics are presented according to the classification of development. The larvae of the two species can be separated by their pigmentation patterns and myomere numbers.
