Summary
In this paper a contribution to the dendrological hnowledge of the amazonian species of the family Leguminosae, in given by the authors, by including the botanical description, geographical distribution habitat and anatomical description of the woods of the following species: Hymenaea parvifolia, Crudia amazonica, Dimorphandra parviflora, Lecointea amazonica and Macrolobium acaciaefolium. 15 illustrations of the woods described are included in this paper.
