VII - Apocynaceae A list of Apocynaceae species in the herbarium of the Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas da Amazônia is presented together with the corresponding results of a test indicating the presence or lack of alkaloids, the chemical alkaloidical characteristics of this family are also discussed, with emphasis on genero from the Americas.
