This paper reports the studies on the susceptibility of Biomphalaria occidentalis from Sena Madureira (Acre) and Cuiabá (Mato Grosso) to infection by Schistosoma mansoni from São José dos Campos (São Paulo) and Paulista (Pernambuco).
