A relação entre o desenvolvimento do otólito e o crescimento do peixe como auxílio na distinção de populações de Pescada (Plagioscion squamosissimus)

The otoliths of "Pescada branca" (Plagioscion squamosissimus) of four different lakes and rivers, lago Janauacá. lago Jari, rio Negro and rio Branco, were investigated with regardato their relationships of the otolith dimensions and the fish length. These relationships of the various sites turned out to be significantly different, so that one can presume that different populations live in the study areas.
