Postmenopausa osteoporosis is the most frequent type of osteoporosis. As its course is usually symptomless it is quite important the prevention of its complications. HRT is the most importante prevention measurement. In this paper other forms of therapeutics are discussed when HRT can not be utilized, or there is no adherence of the patient or lack of bone response to this treatment.
