SUMMARY
By daily diurnal curve, we estudied in the same patients with glaucoma without damage of the optic disc three ocular hypotensive drugs: maleate of timolol, betaxolol and levobunolol. Previously we performed a DCPo without treatment in the same patients for comparison. The statistical analysis between the three drugs did not show significant differences. The choice of the drug to be prescribed for the glaucomatous patient should be based on clinical sense.
