SUMMARY
This paper presents a case of Progressive Facial Hemiatrophy (Parry-Romberg syndrome) in a 31 year old white woman, that left hemifacial atrophy, enophthalmos diplopia.
Grafting a small amount of aspireted placed in the orbit, behind the orbital septum led to a good result.
