Miocimia do músculo oblíquo superior: Relato de um caso

Superior oblique muscle myokymia - A case report

RESUMO

Descrevemos um caso de mioquimia do músculo oblíquo superior direito, com melhora satisfatória dos sintomas após tenectomia do músculo oblíquo superior direito e recuo do músculo oblíquo inferior ipsilateral, ambas realizadas sob anestesia local. Discutimos os aspectos clínicos, diagnósticos e de conduta.

SUMMARY

We describe a case of right superior oblique muscle myokymia where sintomatology was satisfactorily solved with right superior oblique muscle tenectomy and ipsilateral inferior oblique muscle recession, both performed under local anesthesia. The clinical aspects, diagnosis and management are discussed.
