SUMMARY
This paper reports a case of chronic central serous chorioretinopathy using digital indocyanine green videoangiography. The results show extensive hypofluorescent lesions in the late phases, suggesting choriocapillary sclerosis in the atrophic retinal pigmented epithelium (gutter sign).
