Adaptation of experimental model of extra-hepatic cholestasis in young rats

The authors describe the adaptation of the technique of ligature and resection of the common bile duct described in the literature, emphasizing their advantages in the postnatal-surgical recovery. This work was accomplished at the Experimental Laboratory of the Department of Pediatrics of FMB-UNESP.
