A intenção desse trabalho e anunciar a transformação do paradigma presente no pensamento psicanalítico, ao nos deslocarmos no discurso freudiano para o lacaniano. Isso se realiza pela indagação da economia da metáfora nesse discurso, que não funciona exatamente da mesma maneira, indicando então a existência de uma descontinuidade na linguagem psicanalítica na passagem de Freud para Lacan. Essa descontinuidade, no entanto, se escreve num fundo de continuidade, em decorrência da exigência teórica inaugurada pela psicanálise em que o sentido é dissolvido para lhe reconduzir à demanda que lhe é inerente.

From Freudian paradigm to Lacanian paradigm. The purpose of this paper is to underline the transformation of the paradigm present in the psychoanalytic thought when we shift from the Freudian to the Lacanian discourse that occurs by the questioning on the economy of the metaphor in that discourse, which do not work in the same way. Thus they point to the existence of the discontinuity in the psychoanalytic language when it shifts from Freud to Lacan. Yet that discontinuity is written in a background of continuity as a result of the theoretical demand inaugurated by psychoanalysis in the sense that it is dissolved to reconnect it to the demand which is inherent in it.

Buscando inserir o discurso psicanalítico no debate sobre as novas formas de subjetivação, o trabalho encerra uma aposta na fecundidade da interlocução entre a psicanálise e produções discursivas emergentes na contemporaneidade. Propomo-nos a realizar um agenciamento entre o conceito de pulsão em Freud e a formulação de máquina desejante de Deleuze e Guattari.

Anti-Oedipus / Psychoanalysis: A current debate. Trying to insert the psychoanalytical discourse into the debate on the new forms of subjectivity, this paper develops an articulation between psychoanalysis and the emerging speech production in these days in order to achieve interconnection between Freud’s driving forces and the formulation of Deleuze’s and Guattari’s desire machines.

O artigo investiga a noção do brincar no pensamento do psicanalista inglês Donald W. Winnicott no contexto amplo de sua obra e principais conceitos. O texto aborda a noção de transicionalidade, a noção de espaço potencial e a noção de tempo. O relacionamento mãe-bebê é estudado e o jogo que aí se dá torna-se referência para o pensamento sobre a clínica e sobre a própria prática clínica. O artigo oferece uma contribuição à compreensão da novidade epistemológica do pensamento de Winnicott, comparando-o a outros momentos do pensamento científico atual. Mostra como a sessão analítica winnicottiana é viva e alegre, visa a integração e espontaneidade do self e carrega uma radical visão do que seja a psicopatologia humana.

Playing and the analytical experience. The article analyses the notion of playing in the thought of the English psychoanalyst Donald W. Winnicott, in the broad context of his work and main concepts such as the notion of transitionality, the notion of potential space and the notion of time. The relationship between mother and baby is studied and the game that arises in this relation becomes a reference for the thought about clinics and for the clinics itself. The article contributes to the understanding of the epistemological novelty of Winnicott’s thought, comparing it to other current expressions of the scientific thought. The article also demonstrates how Winnicott’s analytical session is lively and joyful, aiming at the integration and spontaneity of the self, conveying a radical vision of what human psychopathology is.

Trata-se de uma análise do comentário feito por Lacan sobre a peça Antígona, de Sófocles, no seminário A Ética da Psicanálise, com o intuito de se indagar sobre o alcance e as limitações da designação trágica do desejo. Em seguida, procura-se resgatar o interesse lacaniano pela comédia antiga - por meio do exame de algumas passagens do teatro de Aristófanes - explorando-se as contribuições dessa outra via para a perspectiva ética da psicanálise.

The tragic deadlock and the comic perspective in the psychoanalysis ethics It is an analysis of Lacan’s commentary on Sophocles’ play Antigone presented at his seminar on The Ethics of Psychoanalysis, aiming at inquiring about the reach and limits of the tragic designation of desire. Subsequently, we try to ransom the Lacanian interest in the Ancient Comedy by examining some passages of the Aristophanes’ theater, exploring the contributions of this perspective to the ethics of psychoanalysis.

A partir de vinhetas clínicas, testemunhos escritos de pacientes e pesquisas de outros psicanalistas, a autora coloca em relevo as síndromes do autismo, da adicção e da somatização para demonstrar que estas apontam diferentes graus do fracasso do duplo e primeiro apoio das pulsões sexuais sobre o outro e as funções corporais. Do mesmo modo, o paradigma auto-erotismo-autismo se refere às patologias não psicóticas que constituem o autismo, as adicções e as somatizações. Verifica-se assim que o objeto autístico, adictivo e o objeto do paciente somático não representam o objeto primário, eles o substituem e criam as condições paradoxais de uma repetição autística de destruição do outro.

Psychopathologies of support: autism, addiction and somatization. Using clinical illustrations of patients’ written testimonies and other psychoanalysts’ researches, the author highlights that autistic, addictive and somatic syndromes originating different degrees of failure. This failure respects the first dual analyses of sexual drives on the other and the body functions. Likewise, the auto-erotic-autistic paradigm deals with non psychotic pathologies which are autism, addictions and somatic diseases. Thus, it is verified the autistic or addictive object, or the somatic patient do not represent the primary object; they replace it and create the paradoxical condition of an autistic repetition of the destruction of the other.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo discutir um fenômeno psicossomático - a alopécia - que marca a história de Yuri desde os seus três anos de idade. A metodologia utilizada é a de um estudo de caso, evidenciando os significantes que foram timbrados nessa criança com síndrome de Down e o lugar por ela ocupado no discurso parental. Fica evidente que o fenômeno psicossomático ataca o real do corpo, produzindo um imaginário familiar impossibilitado de ser atravessado pela ordem do simbólico. A direção do tratamento é a de produzir cadeia nas complexas relações entre as funções biológicas do corpo e da linguagem.

The boy and the fire-fly effect. A study on psychosomatics. This work aims at discussing a psychosomatic phenomenon - alopecia - that has been marking the history of Yuri since he was three years old. The methodology used is that of a case study, which evidences the significant that were stamped on that child with Down syndrome and the place he occupies in the discourse of his parents. Obviously, this psychosomatic phenomenon attacks the real of the body, producing a family imaginary cut from the symbolic order. The treatment direction is to produce chains among the complex relationships between the biological functions of the body and the language.

Este artigo apresenta considerações preliminares sobre uma tentativa de exposição do método da pesquisa psicanalítica. Assim sendo, tal pesquisa é examinada do ponto de vista de sua singularidade e de sua relação com o significante tomado em oposição ao signo. Seu delineamento, bem como sua dinâmica, são focalizados por esta reflexão que pretende sugerir algumas aproximações mínimas sobre os procedimentos para coleta e análise de dados numa situação psicanalítica de pesquisa. Ademais, são apresentados o ensaio metapsicológico e a construção do caso como procedimentos para discussão dos resultados, de maneira que se possa refletir sobre suas características através de uma comparação e diferenciação em relação ao estudo de caso.

What is psychoanalytic research? The present article is on preliminary considerations on an attempt to present the psychoanalytical research method. Thus the psychoanalytical research is discussed on the scope of its singularity and on its relation to the significant taken in opposition to the sign. Its design, as well as its dynamic are focused on this reflection which aims at suggesting a few approaches on the procedures to data gathering and analysis in psychoanalytical research. Furthermore, the metapsychological essay and the case construction are presented as procedures to discuss the results. Thus, it makes possible the reflection on its own characteristics through a comparison to the case study also pointing out the differences between those (i.e. case study and psychoanalytical research).

Este artigo tem como objetivo situar o sonho na psicopatologia fundamental, a qual se estabelece na dimensão da subjetividade. O caráter onírico guarda em sua essência a condição de miragem e de observação dos fenômenos psíquicos que se encontram destacados no processo psicanalítico. Desta maneira, pensar no lugar do sonho torna-se a principal condição deste processo, em que o sujeito, ao mesmo tempo contempla os resgates e reencontros dos seus movimentos psíquicos, da mesma maneira que engendra um espaço propício a eles. Desta maneira, propõe-se debater os aspectos constituintes do estado depressivo e as nuances marcadas pela sua passagem, no setting psicanalítico. Assim, a manifestação onírica parece tornar-se um observatório destas passagens constituídas a partir de um sonho sonhado pela dupla analítica, que é transformado em história analítica.

Dreams, a psychic observatory: fundamental psychopathology and subjectivity. This article aims at placing the dream in Fundamental Psychopathology, a field based on the dimension of subjectivity. In their essence, dreams are like mirage, and a means for observing the psychic phenomena that become relevant in the psychoanalytic process. Being attentive to dreams is a sine qua non condition for this process, in which the subject, as it contemplates aspects and encounters that are recurrent in its mental movements, opens up a space which is favorable for them. Our purpose here is to discuss the constitutive aspects of the depressive state and the nuances marked by its passage through the psychoanalytic setting. The manifestations of dreams become an observatory, as it were, of these passages constituted on the basis of a dream dreamed by the analytic pair, that is, converted into analytic history.
