Motherhood and delinquency. The period teenager can pour in the transformation of the distress, the désaide, in wander, subjective and social. Has the maternal function been operative? In this primary time the fault would fit which the delinquent act will come to fill. The delinquent problems would rest not on an intolerable disillusion but on a defect of illusion. The infantile distress can rock in youthful despair that nothing comes to mediate.

Trabalha-se a solidão como afeto inerente ao processo de subjetivação de sujeitos neuróticos, psicóticos e perversos, considerando que há casos inclassificáveis. Inseridos numa realidade social, esses sujeitos, e os laços sociais que conseguem estabelecer com o repertório que portam, têm a possibilidade de justapor solidões. Essa possibilidade é aqui focada nos modos de vida próprios do capitalismo. Tecem-se considerações sobre o gozo que dificulta a saída dessa maneira de funcionar, embora o mal-estar esteja presente em todos os sujeitos, e sobre a possibilidade que a psicanálise oferece de se localizar aí um sujeito desejante e inventivo.

The social reality and the solitary subjects. The text works the loneliness as the inherent affection to the process of subjective functioning from neurotics, psychotics and perverted subjects, considering that there are unclassified cases. Those inserted in a social reality, subjects and the social links once established by them, within the carried repertory, have the possibility to overlap loneliness. This possibility is focused in here on the ways of living particularly from capitalism. It weaves considerations about the enjoyment, which makes difficult the exit from this way of working, although the discontentment is part of all subjects. Furthermore it talks about the possibility that psychoanalysis offers finding a subject wishful and inventive.

A justificativa freudiana para a hipótese da existência do inconsciente é freqüentemente reduzida aos seus elementos empíricos ou a um argumento meramente heurístico. Trata-se aqui, primeiramente, de discutir a estratégia que Freud utiliza para incorporar o conceito de inconsciente em sua teoria; a seguir, de recapitular os diversos argumentos elaborados para justificá-lo; e, por fim, de reconstruí-los sistematicamente, procurando evidenciar os aspectos semânticos e conceituais do quadro teórico no qual as provas empíricas se inserem, assim como sua convergência com estratégias argumentativas contemporâneas de programas de investigação psicológica (as ciências da cognição, por exemplo) que também operam com a hipótese do inconsciente.

A reconstruction of Freud's argument for the justification of the unconscious. Freud's justification for the hypothesis of the unconscious has been often reduced to its empirical components or to purely heuristic arguments. First, this paper aims to discuss Freud's strategy in introducing the concept of unconscious in his theory; next, to recapitulate the various arguments that justify it; and finally, to systematically reconstruct them, in order to put in evidence the semantic and conceptual aspects of the theoretical framework where the empirical proofs are inserted, as well as its convergence with similar strategies of contemporary programs of psychological research (cognitive science, for instance) which also operate with the hypothesis of the unconscious.

Pretende-se analisar o estatuto de uma modalidade peculiar de fantasmatização para a qual propomos o nome de 'fantasias vazias'. No campo das fantasias vazias, a ambigüidade e a polissemia das palavras são postas de lado e seus enunciados se tornam absolutos e unívocos, de modo a anularem quaisquer possibilidades metafóricas ou simbólicas. Investigamos os limites que as fantasias em questão impõem à teoria do significante, propondo, em seguida, concebê-las como uma escritura balizada por uma série de elementos que denominamos 'referenciais discursivos'.

From empty fantasies to dissertational reference. The purpose of the article is to analyze the state of a peculiar modality of fantasizing which we have named empty fantasies. Thus, in the field of empty fantasies, the ambiguity and the multiple meaning of the words are put aside and, for that reason, their statement becomes obsolete and univocal, in a way that they eliminate any metaphoric or symbolic possibilities. We investigate the limits that those fantasies impose to the theory of the signifier, proposing, then, to conceive them as a writing delimitated by a series of elements that we have called discourse references.

Antes mesmo de ter acesso às memórias do presidente Schreber, Freud buscava explicar metapsicologicamente a paranóia. Desenvolvido de forma ensaística, os autores deste artigo mostram como Schreber ofereceu seu conhecimento paranóico à ciência e como Freud teve de lidar com a paranóia no seio da comunidade psicanalítica, como atesta sua correspondência pessoal, lutando para não sucumbir, a exemplo de Fliess e Ferenczi, à tentação de uma teoria sexual delirante.

From paranoid pseudo-science to the science of paranoia. Even before reading President Schreber's Memories, Freud was searching for a metapsychological explanation of paranoia. In this paper developed in essayistic form, the authors show us how Schreber offered his paranoid knowledge to science and how Freud had to struggle with paranoia in the bosom of the psychoanalytic society, as it certifies his personal correspondence, fighting in order not to surrender, as Fliess and Ferenczi, to the temptation of a delirious sexual theory.

Nesta análise do " caso Schreber" em sua intertextualidade com os escritos de Karl Abraham, sugere-se que o ensaio clínico de Freud foi redigido em um diálogo com o contexto histórico de sua época, refletindo as relações de poder, então vigentes. Pretende-se resgatar a historicidade do texto de Freud sobre Schreber, e para tanto recorre-se às análises críticas do novo historicismo como método de abordagem do texto freudiano. Expõem-se, então, os diferentes níveis de negociações presentes nesse ensaio clínico.

An analysis of the narrative structure of " Schreber's Case" in the light of new historicism: the Freudians negociations. This study of " Schreber's Case" focuses its intertextuality with the articles of Karl Abraham. It has been suggested that the Freud's clinical essay has been written considering the historical context of that period and showing the power relations effective then. The target is to redeem the historical background of Freud's text on Schreber and, for such purpose, critical analysis of the new historicism as a method of approaching the Freudian text has been used. The different levels of negotiations inherent to his clinical essay have been reported.

Depois de descrever brevemente os pólos estruturantes da experiência humana em geral e os elementos essenciais que definem a experiência psicanalítica, discute-se o modo como Freud avaliou criticamente a psicanálise enquanto método terapêutico no decurso da evolução de sua teoria psicanalítica e, por fim, à guisa de uma breve conclusão, coloca-se a psicanálise diante dos desafios com os quais ela se defronta hoje e se confrontará amanhã.

Psychoanalytical experience: its changes and challenges, today and tomorrow. After briefly describing the structuring poles from the general human experience and the essential elements that define the psychoanalytical experience, the author discusses the way as Freud critically evaluated the psychoanalysis as a therapeutic method in evolution course in his psychoanalytical theory and, finally, in a mode of a brief conclusion, puts psychoanalysis in front of the challenges that it faces today and will confront tomorrow.

Apresenta-se a hipótese de que a condição humana, entendida psicanaliticamente como processo de constituição psicossexual, encontraria como dinâmica própria aos processos de subjetivação o que denominamos 'tensionalidade somatopsíquica'. A pulsão, enquanto conceito fronteiriço entre as dimensões somática e psíquica, é o eixo que permite superar a lógica dicotômica entre estes dois termos, que não podem ser concebidos como entes autônomos e independentes, mas em sua articulação-disjunção.

Somatic body and psychic on Psychoanalysis: a matter of tension. On this paper we present the hypothesis that the human condition, understood by psychoanalysis as the process of psychosexual constitution, would find what we designate 'somatic-psychic tension' as the dynamic particular to the process of subjectivity. The notion of sexual drive, as a borderline term between the somatic and the psychic dimensions, is the axis which allows us to surpass the dualistic logic between soma and psyche, two terms that can't be understood as independent entities, but only in their simultaneous articulation-disjunction.

O momento nazista permanece um enigma impensado de que a cultura contemporânea continua cativa. O autor levanta a hipótese de que a persistência desse enigma e seus estragos duráveis se devem à insistência dos pensamentos político, sociológico e filosófico em construírem o nazismo à luz da metáfora hobbesiana do Leviatã. Propõe retomar a questão do nazismo sob a perspectiva do Behemoth, antônimo do Leviatã. Para tanto, sugere a necessidade de retornar a Freud e à psicanálise, balizas de um possível novo pensamento do político que escrutine a destrutividade nazista. Propõe ainda sondar as homologias entre nazismo, corjas e máfias, com base na figura da " heroicização da violência" que lhes seria comum. E avança um modelo " econômico" : a quimera, suscetível de capturar o caráter heterotópico e heterocrônico de sua construção criminosa.

The paths of Behemoth. The Nazi moment remains as the thoughtless enigma of which contemporary culture is still captive. The author raises the hypothesis where the persistency of this enigma and its durable damages are due to the insistence of the political, social and philosophical thoughts in building the Nazism at the view of the Hobbesian metaphor of Leviathan. It is here proposed to resume the Nazism matter under Behemoth's perspective, antonym to Leviathan. For such, it is suggested a necessity to look back at Freud and the psychoanalysis, structured by a possible new political thought which scrutinizes the destructivity of the Nazism. It is also here proposed to gaze at the homologies between Nazism, mafias and gangs, with a base in the figure of " violence as a heroically act" that are their common ground. The author also advances an economical model: the chimera susceptible to capture the heterotopic and heterochronic character of its criminal construction.
