Pretende-se demonstrar que o sujeito psicótico, persuadido a se transformar em mulher, pode fazer do transexualismo uma suplência, na medida em que pode resolver sua dissociação corporal e psíquica ao fazer-se existir enquanto mulher no campo social. Nosso método consiste em comparar a saída do empuxo-à-mulher no delírio de metamorfose paranoica com o arranjo que ele faz no transexualismo. Nossos resultados mostram que essas duas clínicas distintas estão fundadas em uma base comum, que é a de regular o excesso de gozo não regulado pela função fálica. A discussão mostra que o transexualismo se distingue do delírio, fazendo da exceção feminina aquilo que articula as dimensões imaginária e simbólica. Como conclusão, o transexualismo regula o empuxo-à-mulher e permite ao sujeito a constituição de uma nova identidade que une o gozo do corpo e dá a ele um nome.

Transsexualism as a suppleance in psychosis. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate that the psychotic subject who is confident to be a woman, can turn transsexualism into a means of supplementing that can reduce physical and psychological dissociation while existing as a woman in the social field. Our method is to compare the outcome of the "push-to-woman" delirious paranoid metamorphosis with the development of which it is the object in transsexualism. Our results show that these two distinct clinical situations are based on common issues, such as regulating the excess of unbounded enjoyment by the phallic function. The discussion shows that transsexualism is distinct from delusion by making the female exception the issue that articulates the imaginary and symbolic dimensions. In conclusion, transsexualism regulates the "push-to-woman" process and allows the subject to build a new identity that encompasses enjoyment of the body and gives it a name.

A instalação de uma forma identificadora e do sentimento de existência em um corpo permanece problemática para as pessoas acometidas de autismo ou vícios. O refúgio dentro dos pensamentos ou de uma dispersão psíquica evita o contato com as vivências catastróficas, mas leva a um processo de desmantelamento sensorial e uma desconstrução da imagem do corpo, em níveis diferentes segundo cada caso. A anulação prolongada da consciência das sensações corporais provoca tais angústias por aniquilamento que o recurso urgente a sensações fortes e dolorosas restaura provisoriamente o sentimento de existência.

Autism and addictions. Placing into the body an identifying form and the feeling of existence remains problematic for those suffering from autism or addiction. The refuge inside the thoughts or in psychic dispersion avoids the contact with catastrophic experiences, but leads to a process of sensorial dismantling and a deconstruction of the body image, in different degrees in each case. The prolonged effacement of the consciousness of body feelings provokes such angst by annihilation that an immediate return to the strong and painful feelings temporarily restores the feeling of existence.

Investiga-se o trauma a partir da figura da vítima, uma das marcas da cultura atual. O objetivo é examinar a mudança no tratamento dispensado aos sujeitos tidos como traumatizados na passagem da modernidade freudiana para a contemporaneidade a partir de narrativas que versam, nos dois momentos, sobre experiências consideradas traumáticas. Conclui-se que há uma sensível diferença entre a noção freudiana de trauma, que remete ao excesso, ao inesperado, e aquela de traumatismo, um evento socialmente legitimado como produtor de vítimas. Ainda, sustenta-se a atualidade da clínica psicanalítica na sua potência para ultrapassar a identidade vitimizada e valorar os destinos sempre singulares do trauma.

Trauma in the time of victims. This paper investigates trauma from the figure of the victim, one of the hallmarks of current culture. The aim is to examine the change of treatments offered to subjects who are considered traumatized in the passage from Freudian modernity to contemporary through narratives that deal, on both occasions, with experiences taken as traumatic. What follows is an appreciable difference between the Freudian notion of trauma, which refers to the excess and the unexpected, as well as the traumatism, an event socially legitimized as a producer of victims. In addition, it sustains the actuality of the psychoanalytic clinic as a power that reveals the overcome of the victimized identity to appraise the always unique destinations of trauma.

A relação entre medicamento e doença cada vez mais se assemelha ao nexo entre uma mercadoria e seu mercado. Este artigo indica as transformações no conceito moderno de doença que tornaram possível "vender" determinada doença. Um elemento crucial da subjetividade contemporânea é o desejo de se conceber como doente a requerer um medicamento para ter uma vida longa e prazerosa. Assim, a determinação dessa mudança conceitual é um elemento adicional na avaliação das diferenças entre a subjetividade moderna e contemporânea.

From normality to consumption: the concept of diseases and drugs in contemporary society. The relationship between drugs and diseases increasingly resembles the connection between a commodity and its market. This article discusses the changes in the modern concept of disease that stimulates the marketing of diseases. A crucial element of contemporary subjectivity is the desire to be regarded as a patient in need of a drug in order to have a long and pleasant life. Thus, the determination of this conceptual change is decisive to conceive the differences between modern and contemporary subjectivity.

Buscaremos articular a lógica implicada nas doações de material de engendramento (sêmen, óvulos e embriões), praticadas no campo das novas tecnologias reprodutivas (NTR), com o sistema de trocas de algumas sociedades arcaicas, descrito por Marcel Mauss em seu célebre artigo Ensaio sobre a dádiva (1924/1974). Esta articulação será também trabalhada a partir de três importantes intérpretes deste ensaio - Lévi-Strauss, Maurice Godelier e George Bataille -, de modo a extrair dela algumas consequências e explicitar alguns questionamentos que as NTR colocam para a psicanálise e vice-versa.

Questioning the new forms of human fabrication in the light of Marcel Mauss's concept of gift. In this article, we will articulate the logic involved in donations from engenderment material (semen, eggs and embryos), practiced in the field of new reproductive technologies, with the system of exchanges of some archaic societies described by Marcel Mauss in his celebrated article Essay on the gift (1924/1974). This articulation will also be crafted from three important interpreters of this essay - Lévi-Strauss, Maurice Godelier and George Bataille - in order to extract some consequences and clarify some questions that the NRT address to psychoanalysis and vice versa

Antes da introdução do registro simbólico em seu ensino, algo que marcou de forma indelével os primeiros seminários, Lacan deteve-se desde a publicação de sua tese, em 1932, até o memorável Discurso de Roma, em 1953, com as questões relativas à formação do eu em sua dependência da imagem do outro. Na esteira da proposta de uma psicologia concreta, presente na tese, Lacan aborda como fundamentais os conceitos de complexo, imago e identificação, em suas inflexões no complexo de desmame, complexo de Édipo, e principalmente o complexo de intrusão, que foi posteriormente elaborado como o estádio do espelho.

The imaginary register in the Lacanian antecedents. Prior to the introduction of the symbolic register in his teaching, something that left an indelible mark in his first seminars, Lacan focused his research, since the publication of his thesis in 1932 until the memorable Speech of Rome in 1953, on the issues related to the formation of the Ego (moi) in the dependence of the image of the other. In the wake of the proposal for a concrete psychology in his thesis, Lacan discusses the fundamental concepts of complex, imago and identification in their inflections in the weaning complex, the Oedipus complex, and especially the intrusion complex, which later was developed as the mirror stage.

Analisamos aqui as bases teóricas que fundamentaram a tese lacaniana do conhecimento paranoico. Ela surgiu como uma torção da tese de doutorado de Lacan de 1932, na qual ele propõe a paranoia como fenômeno de conhecimento; nos trabalhos subsequentes, acaba por estender ao conhecimento humano em geral a pré-condição paranoica. Verificamos que a "paranoia" passa a designar a estrutura mais universal do eu, permitindo a Lacan atribuir a pré-condição paranoica ao conhecimento humano, e, como psicose, uma estrutura clínica. Através de uma análise do esquema ótico, propusemos uma forma de interpretar como conciliáveis as duas noções citadas acima.

From the paranoia of knowledge to psychosis: a theoretical crossing in the text of Lacan. In this work we analyze the theoretical bases that underlied the Lacanian thesis of paranoiac knowledge. It appeared as a twist of Lacan's doctorate thesis in 1932, where he considers paranoia as a knowledge phenomenon; in his subsequent works he extends the paranoiac precondition to the human knowledge in general. We note that "paranoia" is to designate the most universal structure of the self, allowing Lacan to attribute the paranoiac precondition to the human knowledge, and as psychosis, a clinical structure. Through an analysis of the optic project, we considered one way of interpreting how to conciliate the two concepts mentioned above.

Este estudo coteja a teoria do Nome Próprio concebido como designador rígido, formulada pelo lógico Saul Kripke, e a teoria de Jacques Lacan sobre o Nome Próprio lido como significante puro - um significante cujo enunciado, igualando-se à sua enunciação, não tem qualquer significação ou sentido. Trata-se de assinalar pontos de convergência e de divergência entre o real em jogo na teorização lacaniana do Nome-Próprio e a essência postulada por Kripke no referente do Nome-Próprio. Ao mencionar, ainda que de modo suscinto, a teorização lacaniana sobre a letra e a nominação através do sinthoma, possíveis implicações clínicas dessa interlocução são aventadas.

Lacan with Kripke: the real taken into consideration in the proper name read as a rigid designator. This study compares data from the theory of the Proper Name conceived as a rigid designator formulated by the logician Saul Kripke and Jacques Lacan's theory on Proper Name as a pure signifier, a signifier whose utterance, matching its enunciation, has no meaning or sense. The study aims to highlight points of convergence and divergence between the real in the Lacanian theory of Proper Name and the essence postulated by Kripke in the Proper Name reference. By mentioning, even though in a succinct way, the Lacanian theorizing about the letter and the nomination through the sinthome, possible clinical implications of this dialogue are suggested.

O presente artigo aborda as metáforas presentes na fala de uma paciente, mãe de um adolescente psicótico, atendida no contexto de uma psicoterapia de base psicanalítica. Um dos conflitos da paciente era sua dificuldade de diferenciação com o filho. Pôde-se identificar como as metáforas foram se transformando ao longo do processo psicoterápico e como a relação entre mãe e filho recebeu os impactos dessa transformação. Essa situação contribuiu para uma nova disposição da economia psíquica da paciente, e até mesmo para um rompimento na dinâmica familiar rigidamente estabelecida.

Metaphors in psychotherapy: expression of the conflict in the relationship between a mother and son in psychosis. The present article explores the occurrence of metaphors in the context of psychotherapeutic care of psychoanalytic orientation of the mother of a psychotic adolescent. One of the patient's main conflicts was her inability to differentiate from her son. It was identified how the metaphors expressed by this patient in the beginning of the process shifted as the treatment progressed and how the relationship between mother and son was impacted by this transformation. This process contributed to a rearranged psyche for the patient and even allowed the disruption of the family's rigidly established dynamics.
