Resumo: A prova do intraduzível diz respeito ao encontro da falta de dizer tudo, encontro que faz de cada pessoa um estranho na própria terra de seus enunciados. Esse intraduzível está ligado à condição de ser falante e a algo estruturador para o sujeito na sua articulação com o vínculo social. Assim, ele pode abrir o caminho da criatividade, mas pode também exercer certa violência quando não é reconhecido como portador de alteridade. Como se manifesta essa relação com o intraduzível num contexto de globalização dominado pela novilíngua e onde a fronteira das línguas se tornou um desafio político iminentemente crítico? E qual é a situação dos sujeitos que estão sofrendo na sua chamada língua materna a tal ponto de se verem obrigados a mudar de língua? O intraduzível é questionado por meio das lesões e do totalitarismo da língua. Ele também será levado em consideração em seus efeitos de fala e de inventividade através da transferência.

Abstract: The "untranslatable" from one language to another. The question of the 'untranslatable' concerns the encounter with our impossibility of 'saying everything'; an encounter which makes us all foreigners in our own language. The untranslatable is linked to the condition of the speaking being, to something that functions as a structure for the subject in his relationship to the social bond. Such an encounter can therefore engender creativity, however, if it is not recognized as a vehicle of otherness it can have violent effects on the subject. What happens to our relationship with the untranslatable in today's globalized world, dominated by Orwellian newspeak, where the borders between different languages have become a hot political issue? What happens to subjects who suffer in their so-called mother tongue to such an extent that they are forced to change their language? This text explores the question of the untranslatable through the prism of linguistic wounds and totalitarianism. We will also look at the effects of speech and invention on transference.

Resumo: Trata-se de retornar ao conceito freudiano de histeria através da releitura de seu caso mais famoso: o caso Dora. Espera-se, com isso, mostrar como o conceito freudiano de histeria não pode ser abandonado pelo saber médico, pois ele expõe, de maneira precisa, conflitos fundamentais no processo de constituição singular de identidades de gênero.

Abstract: Staying hysteric: sexuality and contingence upon the Dora's case. This article aims to recuperate the Freudian concept of hysteria through a reinterpretation of Dora´s case, his most famous clinical case of hysteria. I would like to show why medical knowledge must accept the Freudian concept of hysteria, mainly because Freud shows the nature of major conflicts in every singular constitution of gender identity.

Resumo: Pretende-se elucidar a relação entre transferência e sugestão, tomando por referência a produção freudiana da primeira e segunda décadas, tendo por destaque os trabalhos sobre a técnica psicanalítica. Visa-se, assim, desvelar como o manejo da transferência impediria o método clínico psicanalítico de ter sua eficácia reduzida à sugestão. A partir da categoria neurose de transferência, é possível pensar estratégias epistemológicas para responder às críticas de outras áreas do conhecimento que alegam ser a psicanálise uma terapêutica que tem sua eficácia garantida pelo fenômeno da sugestibilidade do cliente na figura do analista.

Abstract: Transference management in Freud: an analysis of the relationship between transference and suggestion. This article intends to elucidate the relationship between transference and suggestion taking Freud's production from the first and second decade as the reference, highlighting the work on psychoanalytic technique. The aim is to reveal how the management of transference would prevent the psychoanalytic clinical method from having its efficacy reduced by suggestion. From the category of transference neurosis, it is possible to think of epistemological strategies to respond to the criticisms from other areas of knowledge, which claim that psychoanalysis is a therapy that has its effectiveness guaranteed due to the phenomenon of client suggestibility faced with the figure of the analyst.

Resumo: Apresenta-se o momento histórico da entrada da teoria freudiana no Brasil como um processo que esteve intimamente relacionado às demandas da intelligentsia nacional em seu esforço de construção do projeto de nação que ecoava no país desde o final do século XIX. Ao identificarmos as duas vias discursivas de apropriação da psicanálise no Brasil, a medicina higienista e a arte modernista brasileira, pretendemos, neste estudo, indicar os traços que esses pontos de ancoragem deixaram no processo de construção do movimento psicanalítico nacional.

Abstract: The pest in Brazil: the introduction of Freudian ideas in Brazil from medicine and modernism. This article presents the historical period of the introduction of Freudian theory in Brazil as a process that was closely related to the national intelligentsia's interests and their efforts to enhance a great cultural project that was already being conceived from the late nineteenth century. By identifying the two distinct ways of appropriation of psychoanalysis in Brazil, medicine hygienist and Brazilian modernist art, this article also indicates the impact and consequences of these two movements on the beginning of the psychoanalytical movement in Brazil.

resumo: Indicando que a articulação entre psicanálise e arte pode ser propiciadora tanto de avanços quanto de desvios significativos na orientação originalmente impressa por Freud para a práxis psicanalítica e para o campo da crítica de arte, o presente texto tem como proposta empreender uma reflexão que ofereça alguns balizamentos que possam auxiliar aqueles que tomam para si a tarefa de produzir articulações entre estes dois modos de tratar o real pelo simbólico. Nosso objetivo é situar a importância de se trabalhar a partir da intersecção, do entrecorte entre estes dois campos.

abstract: Psychoanalysis and art: an observation concerning the non-relation in Louise Bourgeois: The return of forbidden desire. We show that the links between psychoanalysis and art can offer both advances and significant deviations in the direction originally proposed by Freud for the psychoanalytic praxis and for the field of art criticism. This text proposed to undertake a reflection that offers a few observations that can help those who take on the task of producing articulations between these two ways of dealing with the real through the symbolic. Through this discussion, our goal is to situate the importance of working from the intersection between these two fields.

Resumo: Pretende-se mostrar o desafio que consiste o trabalho com o corpo na clínica psicanalítica contemporânea. O enigma corporal expressa o indizível, colocando o real em foco, com todas as suas consequências. O sujeito por estar na interface entre o campo da linguagem e o campo do gozo, além das implicações subjetivas aí presentes, busca dar sentido ao enigma corporal. Assim, o saber que é construído na análise pelo sujeito corresponde a uma articulação que enlaça de um modo novo a linguagem, o gozo e o real do corpo.

Abstract: This article objective is to debate about the challenge that represent the work with the body in a psychoanalytical contemporary clinic. This is based on body enigm, wich can express the unspeakable, showing reality with all consequences. The subject situated in the interface between the language and the enjoyment, search for giving a meaning to body enigm. In this context, the knowloge built on subject analysis shows an articulation wich put togheter a men way of language, enjoyment and body.

Resumo: Propõe-se uma pequena incursão epistemológica com engajamento na releitura do estatuto do corpo na psicanálise freudiana, bem como de outros autores interessados nos conflitos que emergem a partir de manifestações somáticas. De todas as suas declinações, a que guardarei aqui e à qual adicionarei outras reflexões é o engajamento do corpo como lugar do corpo a corpo inicial com o outro. O corpo e os movimentos de dentro e de fora que o animam determinam a instauração da sexualidade psíquica e da conflitualidade inconsciente que a ele se associam. Ser-me-ia possível, portanto, pensar o corpo como um lugar que não é somente o limite que separa, mas que também abre e coloca o sujeito em contato com fantasmas insuspeitos.

Abstract: Choreographic figures of the body. This work proposes a short epistemological journey and a different interpretation of body status within Freudian psychoanalyses, as with other authors interested in emerging conflicts initiated by somatic manifestations. From all potential ideas, I will maintain and build upon the body engagement as the initial place of body-to-body with the other. The body and its different internal and external movements constitute the settlement and the association of psychic sexuality and of unconscious conflict. Therefore, we must think of the body not only as the limit, which separates, but also that which opens and gives the possibility to get in contact with unsuspected phantasms of the patient.

resumo: Parte-se da interrogação sobre o percurso lacaniano que leva à postulação do sujeito como representado entre significantes. Inicia-se pelo estudo das identificações e percorrem-se textos da obra psicanalítica que apontam a função constitutiva da falta. Tal percurso conduziu à abordagem das relações entre a negação e a constituição do sujeito. Partindo do Seminário da identificação (LACAN, 1961-62), retorna-se às considerações freudianas sobre a Verneinung (1925) e se pode considerar que a noção de existência pressupõe a ausência e, portanto, articula-se à noção de sujeito como -1 implicada na formulação lacaniana sobre o traço unário.

Abstract: From Verneinung to the unary trait. This paper is based on Jacques Lacan's postulation of the subject as represented between signifiers. We start off with a study on identifications and examine texts from the psychoanalytic literature referring to the constitutive function of lack. This leads us to relate negation to the constitution of the subject. Lacan's Seminar IX, on identification (1961-62), then to Freud's article on Verneinung (1925). We then theorize that the notion of existence presupposes absence and is therefore connected to the notion of subject as -1 implicated in Lacan's formulation on the unary trait.

Resumo: Aborda-se a formulação lacaniana de que, em Schreber, houve um momento de 'morte do sujeito' que permitiu a construção do delírio estabilizador. Se o advento do sujeito é tributário da 'morte da coisa' perpetrada pelo significante, Lacan fala aqui da psicose, constituída pela não simbolização da castração. Discute-se a noção de 'segunda morte', forjada a propósito de Sócrates, de Antígona e do Cotard, e a Bejahung como afirmação primordial que inclui a negatividade. Conclui-se que a 'morte do sujeito' pode ser uma abertura para a representação ou um limite real para o psicótico, expondo às passagens ao ato e evoluções demenciais.

Abstract: The paper discusses Lacan's proposal that Schreber's stabilization was made possible by a moment of 'death of the subject.' The advent of the subject is related with the 'death' of the thing itself perpetrated by the signifier. Here, Lacan mentions its relation to psychosis, in which there's a non-symbolization of castration. We discuss the notion of 'second death', related to Socrates, Antigone and Cotard, and the Bejahung as an original affirmation which includes the negativeness. We conclude that the 'death of the subject' can be an opening to the representation or a 'real' limit to the psychotic, presenting the risk of passages to the act and 'dementia-like' evolutions.

resumo: O sintoma estruturado pelo par castração-inconsciente não é mais a configuração que prevalece na regulação da economia psíquica contemporânea mas o par sinthoma-pedestal. Na contemporaneidade, em lugar de uma economia psíquica kantiana fundada na renúncia ao gozo em benefício do soberano bem, vivemos sob o imperativo sadiano do gozo. Há uma prevalência do desmentido banalizado (Verleugnung) da função do Nome-do-Pai, que sustenta o lugar de agente da castração na fantasia neurótica. O sujeito redefinido pela psicanálise de orientação lacaniana como um corpo falante está mais liberado das amarras do recalque e se mostra pouco disposto ou capaz de sublimar suas pulsões.

Abstract: The symptom structured by the duo castration-unconscious is no longer the configuration that prevails in the regulation of the contemporary psychic economy, but the duo sinthome-pedestal. In contemporary times, in place of a psychic Kantian economy based on the waiving of jouissance for the benefit of the sovereign good, we live under the Sadian imperative of jouissance. There is a prevalence of trivialized retraction (Verleugnung) of the function of The Name of the Father that holds the place of the agent of castration in neurotic fantasy. The subject redefined by the psychoanalysis of Lacanian orientation as a speaking body is more released from the bonds of repression and feels unwilling or unable to sublimate his drives.

resumo: Discute-se sobre os instrumentos teóricos que a psicanálise lacaniana oferece para pensar a atuação do psicanalista frente a situações de urgência e de emergência. Entre eles, a identificação, o manejo clínico de testemunho e de secretáriado e a função de objeto a no ato de analista. Cconsiderando, sobretudo, os últimos trabalhos de Lacan, em que este concebe o trauma como da ordem do Real, o trabalho volta-se mais para o ato do analista e a direção do tratamento, para o saber-fazer.

Abstract: This article presents theoretical contributions of Lacanian psychoanalysis for its practice, especially in situations of urgency and emergency. Some of Lacan's concepts are discussed, including 'Identification', the function of `object a', 'secretary to the insane', 'testimony', and some other issues that concern the therapeutic work. The authors have researched Lacan's last papers, in which the concept of trauma is linked to his notion of the Real and he stresses the importance of the analyst's acts in directing the treatment in urgency and emergency situations.

Resumo: Pretende-se discutir a problemática posta em jogo na intervenção do psicólogo em uma unidade de cuidados paliativos, em um trabalho orientado pela psicanálise. A partir de fragmentos de casos clínicos e lançando mão de passagens da literatura, tratam-se questões como a finitude fundadora do sujeito, o luto e a relação transferencial. Conclui-se que a escuta pode precipitar uma cristalização na palavra do sujeito e a escrita mesma de sua história, em um processo de construção subjetiva, nesse ponto limite da existência.

Abstract: The present paper discusses the main problems raised by the psychologist's intervention on a palliative care unit, from a psychoanalytic perspective. Parting from fragments of clinical cases and literature passages, it debates issues like the finitude of the subject, grief and the transference relationship. It concludes that a place where the patient can be listened, may crystallize something from the subject's speech and even write his own history, in what can be called a process of subjective construction, at this terminal point of the existence.

Resumo: Pretende-se trazer as contribuições da psicanálise para pensar a militância no Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra (MST) como práticas que ressignificam o passado e podem ser enriquecedoras para os sujeitos. Para tanto, apresentaremos as contribuições dos psicanalistas Arantes (1999) e Muldworf (2000) para o estudo da militância política e faremos uma breve caracterização do MST e de seus militantes. Destaca-se que a adesão a ideais sociais e lugar de prestígio que ocupa o militante no movimento lhe possibilita gratificação e revitalização narcísica e que estas não devem ser negligenciadas pelos movimentos sociais e nos estudos sobre a temática.

Abstract: This article aims to bring contributions from psychoanalysis in order to address activism in the Brazilian Landless Workers Movement (MST) as a practice that reframes the past and can be fulfilling for subjects. To do so, we will present contributions from the psychoanalysts Arantes (1999) and Muldworf (2000) to the study of political activism, and briefly characterize the MST and its militants. We highlight that compliance with social ideals and the outstanding place the militant occupies within the movement allows for a narcissistic reward and revitalization, and that the latter should not be disregarded by social movements and studies on the theme.
