Resumo: Neste artigo, pretendemos atualizar o estatuto do discurso capitalista tal como introduzido por Jacques Lacan no início dos anos 1970, à luz da tendência permeável do neoliberalismo em direção à extensão ilimitada em nossas sociedades atuais. Após examinar a lógica escrita dos discursos proposta por Jacques Lacan, apresentaremos os quatro discursos e seu último corolário: o discurso do capitalista. Em seguida, apresentaremos e discutiremos o sintagma do “discurso do neoliberalismo”, comparando-o como uma variante do discurso do capitalista. Por fim, apresentaremos o neoliberalismo como um discurso de Mestre reforçado, de modo a chamá-lo de “discurso do Mestre hipermoderno”.

ABSTRACT: In this article we aim at updating the status of the capitalist’s discourse as first introduced by Jacques Lacan in the early 1970s, in light of the permeating trend of neoliberalism towards unlimited extension in our present-day societies. After examining the written logic of discourses proposed by Jacques Lacan, we will present the four discourses and their latest corollary: the capitalist’s discourse. We will then submit and discuss the syntagm of “discourse of neoliberalism”, by comparing it as a variant of the capitalist’s discourse. Finally, we will present neoliberalism as a reinforced Master’s discourse, so as to call it the “hypermodern Master’s discourse”.

RESUMO: Freud, apoiado em sua clínica, afirma o quanto é penoso para o homem viver em sociedade e como o uso da violência acaba sendo um modo de resolver este impasse. Propomos pensar esta questão a partir da passagem do narcisismo das pequenas diferenças que gera o preconceito desembocando na intolerância e segregação presentes no mundo contemporâneo. Para tanto, nos afastamos tanto da ideia de que traços e características inerentes ao psiquismo seriam responsáveis por determinadas ações, quanto da pretensão de situar no social a culpa por este estado de coisas.

ABSTRACT: Freud, based on his clinical work, affirms how arduous it is for mankind to live in society and how the use of violence ends up to be a way of solving this impasse. We propose to think this issue by starting from the narcissism of minor differences that generates the prejudice leading to intolerance and segregation present in the contemporary world. To do so, we move away from both the idea that traces and characteristics inherent in the psyche would be responsible for certain actions, as well as the claim to place the blame for this state of affairs in the social.

RESUMO: Como algumas produções cinematográficas contribuem ao debate sobre noções de trauma em psicanálise? Analisamos dois filmes dirigidos por Clint Eastwood, “Sobre meninos e lobos” e “Sniper americano” retomando, como método de trabalho, os conceitos de narcisismo das pequenas diferenças, trauma, fala como acontecimento, acontecimento e acontecimento-ruptura, de modo a colocar em questão os pensamentos por oposição binária e ego-referenciados, que podem reforçar estereótipos e preconceitos e que obturam a mobilidade e a transformação do acontecimento traumático em propulsão para a vida. Nossa intenção é desconstruir alguns discursos que pautam a cultura contemporânea e contribuir para intervenções psicanalíticas clínico-políticas.

ABSTRACT: How can some film productions feed the debate on the psychoanalytical notions of trauma? We analyze two films by Clint Eastwood, “Mystic River” and “American Sniper” based on the psychoanalytic view of trauma. As a working method, we resume the concepts of narcissism of minor differences, trauma, speech as an event, event and event break-up to call into question binary opposition and ego-referenced thinking that can reinforce stereotypes and prejudices that hinder the mobility and transformation of traumatic events in thrusts toward life. Our intention is to deconstruct some speeches guiding contemporary culture and to contribute to clinical-political psychoanalytic interventions.

RESUMO: O artigo objetiva estabelecer uma discussão acerca do conceito de foraclusão extraído por Lacan da obra freudiana. O percurso teórico acompanha o ensino de Lacan desde a formulação do conceito de foraclusão, definido a partir da lógica da exclusão do significante do Nome-do-Pai. O desenvolvimento da topologia borromeana faz do Nome-do-Pai um sinthome que amarra os três registros - simbólico, imaginário e real. No final de seu ensino, Lacan concede novo relevo teórico ao conceito de foraclusão, compreendido como sinal da desamarração do nó borromeano.

Abstract: The present article aims to establish a discussion regarding the foreclosure concept, extracted by Lacan from the Freudian work. The theoretical path accompanies Lacan’s teaching since the formulation of the foreclosure’s concept, defined from the exclusion of the significant of the Name of the Father’s logic. The development of the borromean topology makes the Name of the Father a sinthome that ties the three orders symbolic, imaginary and real. At the end of his teachings, Lacan grants a new theoretical relief to the concept of foreclosure, understood as sign of the untying of the borromean knot.

RESUMO: O artigo investiga a relação entre nomeação e herança a partir da constatação lacaniana de que o sobrenome é símbolo do quinhão ao qual o sujeito tem acesso: o pecado dos pais tal como Kierkegaard o designa. Ao examinar a nomeação e o pecado herdado em Kierkegaard à luz da psicanálise, observamos aproximações entre esses elementos que podem atravessar o engajamento do sujeito com a sua história e o modo como se autoriza a ser chamado filho de.

Abstract: This study discusses the relation between nomination and inheritance starting from the Lacanian observation that the surname is a symbol of the legacy to which the subject has access: the parent’s sin as Kierkegaard designates it. When examining, in the light of psychoanalysis, the nomination and ancestral sin in Kierkegaard, we observe approximations between these elements that can permeate the subject engagement with his history and the way he authorizes himself to be called son of.

RESUMO: Este artigo examina a crítica endereçada à psicanálise lacaniana de que seus desenvolvimentos teóricos a respeito da diferença sexual teriam se dado sob a regência da dinâmica que regula a binaridade de gênero. Pretendemos mostrar que a teoria da sexuação, através do recurso dos números e das subversões lógicas propostas, visa formalizar o aforismo “não há relação sexual”, deduzido de incompatíveis regências fálicas e modalidades de gozo. Desta forma, Lacan não teria adotado a operação de opor termos binários, homem/mulher, mas se vertido ao que faz obstáculo entre eles, desviando-se da mecânica dicotômica preconizada pela norma heterossexual.

Abstract: This paper examines the criticism that the Lacanian theoretical developments about sexual difference would have taken place under the regency of the dynamics that regulate the gender binarism. We intend to show that the theory of sexuation, through the resources of numbers and logical subversions proposed, aims to formalize the aphorism “there is no sexual relation”, deduced from incompatible phallic regencies and modalities of jouissance. In this way, Lacan would not have assumed the operation of opposing binary terms, male/female, but instead turned to the obstacle between them, diverging from the dichotomous mechanics that keep the heterosexual norm.

RESUMO: A clínica da intervenção precoce nos leva a questionar as nuances sintomatológicas entre os sinais de risco de autismo e os da depressão no bebê. Partindo-se do conceito freudiano que associa a depressão à perda do objeto, como se poderia pensar sobre o quadro depressivo no caso dos bebês que estão em processo de construção de sua relação objetal? Em ambos os casos, trata-se de um desencontro no arranjo pulsional do laço mãe-bebê, embora com características distintas, vivenciadas, sobretudo, por meio da relação contratransferencial com o analista. A partir da exposição de dois casos clínicos, discute-se em quais aspectos o retraimento relacional autístico e o depressivo do bebê convergem e se diferenciam.

Abstract: The early intervention clinic leads us to question the symptomatic nuances between the signs of risk of autism and the signs of depression of the baby. In considering the Freudian concept that associates the depression with the loss of the object, how could we think about be regarded the depressive condition of babies who are in the process of constructing their relationship to the object? In both cases, there is a mismatch in the establishment of the impulse drive between the mother and the baby which, although being distinct experienced features, are associated to the counter transfer with the analyst. On the basis of two different clinical cases, we address under which conditions the autistic withdrawal and the depression of the baby converge and differentiate one from another.

Resumo: Revisamos o conceito de luto, primeiro como concebido por Freud e Klein, e como este se relaciona com a “clínica do vazio” contemporânea, como descrita por André Green. A clínica do vazio é parte de uma série de manifestações modernas do mal-estar psíquico chamado “novos sintomas”. Para ilustrar, apresentamos o caso de Roxana, uma mulher mexicana cuja psique refletiu a dinâmica do complexo da mãe morta. Através de uma análise de suas relações interpessoais e experiências passadas, e comparando com a literatura psicanalítica, concluímos que o complexo da mãe morta pode se tornar uma condição comum em nossa sociedade.

ABSTRACT: We review the concept of mourning, first as conceived by Freud and Klein, and how it relates with the contemporary “clinic of the void” as described by André Green. The clinic of the void is part of a series of modern manifestation of psychic malaise called “new symptoms”. To illustrate, we present the case of Roxana, a Mexican woman whose psyche reflected the dynamic of the dead mother complex. Through an analysis of her interpersonal relationships and past experiences, and comparing with psychoanalytic literature, we conclude that the dead mother complex might become a common condition in our society.

RESUMO: No presente artigo, questionamos a função exercida por um espaço de acolhimento para crianças de até três anos e seus pais. Após uma breve descrição desse dispositivo inspirado no modelo francês da Maison Verte, criada por Françoise Dolto, discutimos o funcionamento de diferentes instituições da primeira infância e interrogamos o papel do espaço de acolhimento. Defendemos, por fim, que ele ocupa uma função denominada de intervalo, pois permite a introdução de um espaço possível no laço entre pequenas crianças e seus pais, favorecendo, assim, a separação e a emergência do sujeito do desejo.

Abstract: In this paper, we question the role played by a welcoming center for children up to three years old and their parents. After a brief description of this device, which is inspired by the French model of the Maison Verte created by Françoise Dolto, we discuss the functioning of different institutions in early childhood and we question the welcoming center’s role. We defend that it occupies a function called interval, since it allows the introduction of a possible space in the bond between young children and their parents and thus favors the separation and the emergence of the subject of desire.

RESUMO: Este artigo tem como objetivo refletir acerca da não comunicação reativa - conceito desenvolvido por D. W. Winnicott, que corresponde a uma reclusão patológica. Para tanto, traz o relato do atendimento psicanalítico a um adolescente que apresentava um estado de isolamento. O artigo se reporta ao modo de funcionamento psicopatológico apresentado segundo a matriz ferencziana de adoecimento psíquico, caracterizada por Luís Claudio Figueiredo. As estratégias técnicas assinaladas baseiam-se, fundamentalmente, nos conceitos de reclamação/reivindicação da psicanalista Anne Alvarez, que postula uma abordagem mais ativa no sentido de o analista ir ao alcance do paciente, configurando, assim, uma clínica revitalizadora.

Abstract: This article aims to reflect on non-reactive communication - concept developed by D. W. Winnicott that corresponds to a pathological reclusion. For that, it brings the report of psychoanalytic care to a teenager who was in a state of isolation. The article refers to the understanding the mode of psychopathological functioning presented according to the Ferenczian matrix of psychic illness, characterized by Luís Claudio Figueiredo. The technical strategies pointed out are fundamentally based on the concepts of complaint/claim of psychoanalyst Anne Alvarez, who postulates a more active approach in the sense of the analyst reaching the patient, thus configuring a revitalizing clinic.

RESUMO: Este artigo aborda as manifestações da histeria na contemporaneidade, retomando os conceitos de corpo e sintoma como construções subjetivas do sujeito psíquico, nos constructos de Freud e Lacan. Do corpo, nas neuroses clássicas, ao corpo nas neuroses hoje, surge a questão da diferença na apresentação dos sintomas neuróticos. Propomos o conceito de histeria rígida de Lacan para compreender os sintomas histéricos apresentados hoje, como formações do agenciamento de gozo do corpo pelo registro real, afastando-se das histerias clássicas freudianas de ordenamento simbólico. Esta modalidade histérica requer um tratamento clínico orientado pelo real, exigindo outras posições de escuta.

Abstract: This article addresses the manifestations of hysteria in the contemporary world retaking the concepts of body and symptom, as subjective constructions of the psychic subject, in the constructs of Freud and Lacan’s theories. From the body, in the classic neuroses, to the body in the neuroses today, the question arises of the difference in the presentation of the neurotic symptoms. We propose the concept of Lacan’s rigid hysteria to understand the hysterical symptoms presented today as formations of agency of enjoyment of the body by the real record, moving away from the classic Freudian hysteria of symbolic ordering. This hysterical modality requires a clinical treatment guided by the real registry, requiring other listening positions.

RESUMO: Este artigo aborda a neurose obsessiva a partir dos fundamentos teórico-clínicos de Freud e Lacan. A clínica psicanalítica nos permite formular questões pertinentes ao estudo desenvolvido, possibilitando, assim, a articulação entre teoria e prática clínica. Este estudo convoca o leitor ao debate sobre os impasses da clínica e a direção do tratamento, e desvela que a clínica da neurose obsessiva muito pode ensinar sobre os fundamentos da psicanálise, sobre o complexo de Édipo, sobre como o sujeito se posiciona diante do desejo e suas estratégias de gozo.

Abstract: This article approaches obsessional neurosis from the theoretical-clinical foundations of Freud and Lacan. The psychoanalytic clinic allows us to formulate pertinent questions to the developed study, thus allowing the articulation between theory and clinical practice. This study summons the reader to the debate about the impasses of the clinic and the direction of the treatment, and reveals that the clinic of obsessional neurosis can teach much about the foundations of psychoanalysis, about the Oedipus complex, about how the subject stands before the desire and their strategies of “jouissance”.

RESUMO: Este trabalho pretende demonstrar que, em Freud, a interpretação se configura como um ato criador de realidades. Em nosso percurso, partimos do exame das políticas da representação no mundo antigo para, em seguida, apontarmos as divergências entre o estatuto da interpretação em Freud e em Artemidoro. Ao final, nos interessa destacar que a interpretação analítica não descortina, mas funda, retroativamente, o passado.

Abstract: This paper intends to demonstrate that, on the psychoanalytic field, the interpretation is itself an act of creation. Starting from the analysis of the Ancient World’s representation politiques, latter on we highlight some of the differences between the use of the interpretation in Freud and in Artemidorus. As we demonstrate in the end of this paper, the psychoanalytic interpretation doesn’t reveal the past but establishes it retroactively.
