RESUMO: Com base na premissa de que o supereu corresponde a um mandamento que ordena um gozo impossível, o presente trabalho investiga o destino que a psicanálise é suscetível de conferir ao imperativo superegoico. Sua problemática consiste na coalescência entre comando e obediência, bem como na abertura, a ser sustentada pelo discurso analítico, de uma hiância entre ambos. O desenvolvimento parte do emparelhamento entre ouvir e obedecer, servindo-se da hipnose, de Pascal Quignard, La Boétie e Herman 1853. A variedade vocal do objeto constitui o eixo que conduz, em uma análise, à fenda do desejo e ao sintoma que remaneja o gozo.

ABSTRACT: Based on the premise that the superego is a command that demands an impossible jouissance, this article studies the possible destiny psychoanalysis can give to the superegoic imperative. The issue raised is the coalescence between commanding and obeying, as well as the opening of a gap, as supported by the discourse of the analyst, between the both of them. The development of the study establishes a pairing between listening and obeying, recurring to the hypnosis technique, to Pascal Quignard, to La Boétie and also Herman Melville. The object’s vocal variety constitutes an axis which conducts, in an analysis, to the desire gap and to the symptom that relocates jouissance.

RESUMO: Este artigo teórico discorre sobre a dessubjetivação que pode acompanhar a experiência de migração e refúgio. Os aportes psicanalíticos sobre estranho, pulsão de morte e narcisismo das pequenas diferenças são revisitados para problematizar práticas contemporâneas de violência voltadas ao estrangeiro. Sustentando-se nas proposições de Silvia Bleichmar sobre autoconservação da vida e autopreservação do Eu, exploram-se processos mediante os quais a realidade institui ou destitui formas de subjetivação. A reflexão acerca da migração e refúgio exigem que sejam contemplados os aspectos subjetivos que interferem diretamente nas vicissitudes dos envolvidos.

Abstract: This theoretical article discusses the desubjectivation that could be involved in migration and refuge experience. Psychoanalytical contributions about the strange, the death drive and the narcissism of small differences are revisited to discuss contemporary practices of violence to foreigners. Based on Silvia Bleichmar’s propositions about self-preservation of life and self-preservation of the I, processes in which reality institutes or destitutes ways of subjectivity are explored. The reflection on migration and refuge requires the inclusion of subjective aspects that directly interfere in the vicissitudes of those involved.

RESUMO: O texto que segue aborda a escrita do caso clínico, uma das formas de transmissão em psicanálise, traçada a partir da experiência de tratamento, quer dizer, do que se desenrolou na fala sob transferência. Nesse percurso, que passa do oral (narrativo) ao escrito (conceitual), evocou-se o conceito freudiano de construção (Konstruktion), que implica acrescentar ao caso o que não pôde ser lembrado. A escrita foi desencadeada pelo estudo de caso, envolvendo e abrangendo noções que sustentam a psicanálise como método. Levando-se em conta as condições para a escrita do caso clínico, defendeu-se aqui, na trilha de Lacan, que essa escrita tem estrutura de ficção.

Abstract: The text that follows addresses the writing of the clinical case, one of the forms of transmission in psychoanalysis, drawn from the experience of treatment, that is, of what was developed in speech under transference. In this passage from the oral (narrative) to the writing (conceptual), the Freudian concept of construction (Konstruktion) was invoked, which implies adding to the case what could not be remembered. Writing was triggered by the case study, which involves and covers notions that support psychoanalysis as a method. Considering the conditions for the writing of the clinical case, it was defended here, in Lacan’s trail, that this writing has the structure of fiction.

RESUMO: A partir de textos de Freud, Ogden, Leader, Ricœur e da análise de S. Bernardo, propomos três características de uma autobiografia melancólica: é uma forma literária da autorrecriminação; do espaço privado; e que não é produto de um trabalho de rememoração, mas de uma compulsão de repetição. Em seguida, comparamos a escrita de Infância e S. Bernardo, particularmente em relação às imagens sonoras, às ideias e atitudes e à relação entre pais e filhos. Por último, defendemos que a estrutura melancólica é uma potência, e não um limite criativo.

Abstract: From the writings of Freud, Ogden, Leader, Ricœur, and a Sao Bernardo’s analysis, we propound some characteristics of a melancholic autobiography: it is a literary form of self-loathing; of privacy; and that is not the outcome of a remembrance work, but of a compulsion to repetition. We then compare the writing of Infancia and Sao Bernardo, particularly concerning sonant images, ideas and attitudes, and a relationship between parents and children. Finally, we argue that the melancholy structure is a power and not a creative limit.

Resumo: A partir de um caso clínico, propomos a seguinte hipótese: na prática clínica, a descentração do ego em Lacan não é nem demolir o ego, nem muito menos elogiá-lo, mas delimitá-lo conceitualmente. Tudo isso será discutido analisando o caso de uma mulher, à luz de alguns aspectos fundamentais do seminário II, juntamente com outras referências implícitas: a teoria das ficções de Jeremy Bentham e a construção na análise de Freud. Este análise teórico-clínica nos guiará a considerar que uma possível delimitação conceitual do ego é de considerá-lo como uma ficção útil.

ABSTRACT: Using a clinical case as a starting point, we pose the following hypothesis: in clinical practice, Lacan’s decentering of the ego is neither its demolition nor its praise, but its conceptual delimitation. This idea will be argued through the analysis of a woman’s case, in the light of certain points from Seminar 2 and other references that are implied in this text: Jeremy Bentham’s theory of fictions and Freud’s construction in analysis. This clinical-theoretical analysis will guide us to contemplate a possible conceptual delimitation of the ego: the ego as a useful fiction.

RESUMO: Existem duas maneiras de se pensar a fragmentação subjetiva na obra de Ferenczi. Os fragmentos podem resultar de um choque ou podem estar relacionados a uma multiplicidade original da qual a própria subjetividade deriva. Neste artigo, levo em consideração as duas perspectivas nos textos ferenczianos, enfocando mais uma delas - o fragmento como irredutível à unidade. Trata-se de uma questão contemporânea, uma vez que as subjetividades e suas relações afetivas, estéticas e políticas funcionam hoje, predominantemente, sob forma fragmentária.

Abstract: There are two ways to conceive the idea of fragmentation in Ferenczi’s work. They may result from a shock or they may be related to an original multiplicity from which subjectivity itself derives. In this paper I take into consideration the two perspectives of fragments in Ferenczian articles, but focusing more on one of them - the idea of fragment as irreducible to a unity. It is a contemporary issue, since subjectivities, and their affective, aesthetic and political relations work predominantly in fragmentary mode today.

Resumo: Este artigo apresenta alguns achados derivados da tese doutoral intitulada Topos do Sujeito. O problema do espaço em psicanálise. O propósito é mostrar como Lacan se serviu da lógica do estoicismo antigo para solucionar os problemas freudianos relativos ao espaço, os quais colocavam dificuldades tanto para localizar espacialmente o inconsciente, como para estabelecer claramente uma concepção de corpo, resolvendo assim as aporias derivadas dos limites impostos pela lógica aristotélica e a mecânica newtoniana.

ABSTRACT: This article presents some findings derived from the doctoral thesis entitled Subject Topos. The problem of space in psychoanalysis. The aim is to show how Lacan used the logic of ancient stoicism to solve the Freudian problems related to space, which posed difficulties both in locating the unconscious spatially, and in clearly establishing a conception of the body, thus solving the advantages derived from the limits imposed by Aristotelian logic and Newtonian mechanics.

Resumo: O ensaio a seguir discorre a partir da clínica do trabalho proposta por Dejours acerca do sofrimento do assédio moral no trabalho que se sente no corpo e que leva as vítimas a sofrerem diversas doenças psicossomáticas. Por ser uma violência estigmatizante, o assédio moral no trabalho obstrui as potencialidades sublimatórias do trabalho, o que afeta negativamente a subjetividade, o gozo e a saúde mental dos trabalhadores. Este dano é analisado neste ensaio mediante três casos de trabalhadoras chilenas que experimentaram assédio no desempenho de seus trabalhos em programas psicossociais do Servicio Nacional de Menores (SENAME).

Resumen: El siguiente ensayo reflexiona desde la clínica del trabajo propuesta por Dejours sobre el sufrimiento por acoso moral en el trabajo que se siente en el cuerpo y que lleva a las víctimas a padecer diversas dolencias psicosomáticas. Al ser una violencia estigmatizante, el acoso moral en el trabajo obstruye las potencialidades sublimatorias del trabajo, lo que incide negativamente en la subjetividad, el goce y salud mental de los trabajadores. Aquel perjuicio se analiza en este ensayo mediante tres casos de trabajadoras chilenas que experimentaron acoso en el desempeño de sus labores en programas psicosociales del SENAME (Servicio Nacional de Menores).

ABSTRACT: The following essay reflects from the work clinic proposed by Dejours on the suffering for moral harassment at work that is felt in the body and that leads the victims to suffer different psychosomatic ailments. Being a stigmatizing violence, moral harassment at workplace obstructs the sublimatory potential of work, which negatively affects the subjectivity, pleasure and mental health of workers. This damage is analyzed in this essay on three cases of Chilean workers who experienced harassment in the performance of their work tasks in psychosocial programs of SENAME (National Service of Minors).

RESUMO: Este trabalho consiste em um estudo de caso que enfoca as motivações subjetivas implicadas na demanda de uma mãe por atendimento clínico de seu filho no Serviço de Psicologia Aplicada da Faculdade Católica Rainha do Sertão. A pesquisa foi construída a partir do método clínico psicanalítico, que permitiu o levantamento de certas nuanças psíquicas inacessíveis de outra forma. O material colhido nos atendimentos foi igualmente analisado a partir do arcabouço conceitual da Psicanálise. No decorrer dos atendimentos realizados, pôde-se apontar e deslindar determinadas formações fantasísticas singulares implicadas na demanda por atendimento para o filho.

Resumen: Este trabajo es un estudio de caso que investiga las motivaciones subjetivas involucradas en la demanda de una madre para el cuidado clínico de su hijo por el Servicio de Psicología Aplicada de la Universidad Católico Reina del Sertão. La investigación fue construida a partir del método clínico psicoanalítico, lo que permitió la supresión de algunos matices psíquicos inaccesibles de otro modo. El material recogido en la atención también se analizó desde el marco conceptual del psicoanálisis. Durante las consultas realizadas, podemos señalar y analizar ciertas formaciones fantasmáticas naturales involucradas en la demanda de atención para el niño.

Abstract: This paper is about a case study that investigates the subjective motivations involved in a mother’s demand for medical care for her child in the Department of Applied Psychology (DAP), at Rainha do Sertão Catholic Faculty. The research was constructed from the psychoanalytic clinical method that allowed the survey of certain psychological nuances, inaccessible in another way. The material, collected during the sessions, was also analyzed from the conceptual framework of Psychoanalysis. Throughout the medical services that were provided, we could point out and analyze certain fantasistic unique formations involved in the demand for child medical care.

RESUMO: Apoiado na metapsicologia dos espaços interferentes (Kaës), no sonhar (Bion; Winnicott), nos processos de subjetivação (Roussillon) e na clínica psicanalítica de grupos e instituições (Gaillard; Pinel), o artigo discute o que sofre nas equipes das instituições de cuidado, qual o trabalho necessário para simbolizá-lo e as condições de sustentação e efeitos desse trabalho. Sustenta que a subjetivação da experiência da equipe por um aparelho psíquico grupal opera também sobre o usuário. Engrenagem mister desse processo, o sonhar compartilhado da equipe - sustentado em um espaço onírico comum e compartilhado - é proposto como via fundamental para a realização da tarefa da clínica em instituição.

Abstract: Based on the metapsychology of shared psychic spaces (Kaës), on dreaming (Bion, Winnicott), on the subjectivation process (Roussillon) and on the psychoanalytic clinic of groups and institutions (Gaillard; Pinel), this article discusses what suffers in professional teams at care institutions, which work is necessary to symbolize it and the conditions to sustain it as well as the outcomes of such work. It affirms that the subjectivation of the team’s experience by a psychic apparatus of the group also operates on the user. Part of this process, the team’s shared dreaming - sustained in a common and shared onyric space - is proposed as a fundamental way to accomplish the clinical task in institutions.

RESUMO: Este trabalho discute o fenômeno da exibição dos adolescentes nas redes sociais. Iniciamos interrogando o enfraquecimento do Outro parental e os impasses decorrentes dos avanços da virtualidade na contemporaneidade. Recuperamos o debate sobre o narcisismo na adolescência, apresentando o “dar-se a ver” e a “exibição” como mecanismos distintos em relação ao olhar do Outro da cultura. Seguindo as proposições de Lacan sobre o instante de ver e a esquize do olho e do olhar, concluímos que o visualizar é uma operação dominante no ato de exibição, levando os jovens à repetição e não à estabilização no campo do Outro.

Abstract: This paper discusses the phenomenon of adolescent exhibition in social media. We started by questioning the weakening of the parental Other and the impasses arising from the advances of virtuality in contemporary times. We rescue the debate about narcissism in adolescence, presenting the “offer of oneself to the gaze” and the “exhibition” as distinct mechanisms in relation to the Other’s look in the culture. According to Lacan’s propositions about the moment of seeing, as well as the eye and gaze’s “schize”, the research concludes that viewing is a dominant operation within the act of exhibiting, which leads to repetition and not stabilization of adolescents in the field of the Other.
