Resumo: Partindo da leitura lacaniana de que a ascensão do discurso científico produziu uma mudança na posição do médico, interrogam-se os efeitos do estabelecimento do evidence-based como paradigma para a prática médica. Se a inferência estatística exemplifica a convergência entre matematização e objetividade, lança-se mão de uma vinheta relativa à prática em um ambulatório de Distúrbios da Diferenciação Sexual para interpelar os impasses relativos à designação do sexo nesses casos. Pretende-se evidenciar a diferença entre a práxis da psicanálise e a abordagem médica que se orienta na direção da universalização, situando assim seus limites frente ao real do sexo.

Abstract: From the Lacanian interpretation that the rise of scientific discourse produced a change in the physician’s position, the effects of the establishment of evidence-based as a paradigm for medical practice are examined. If the statistical inference exemplifies the convergence between mathematization and objectivity, an example related to the practice in a Sexual Differentiation Disorders clinic is used to question the impasses related to the designation of sex in these cases. It is intended to highlight the difference between the praxis of psychoanalysis and the medical approach that is oriented towards universalization, thus placing its limits related to the real of sex.

Resumo: Apresentamos alguns achados de pesquisa sobre as respostas subjetivas em torno do gozo, diante dos semblantes oferecidos pelo Outro, no caso de um ex-combatente das FARC-EP. O objetivo foi localizar as coordenadas significativas que determinam sua posição de gozo em relação à escolha de assinar o acordo de paz com o Estado colombiano. Como constatação, esse passo foi possível ao reencontrar os significantes-mestre que dão consistência à sua ilusão de ser algo para o Outro, mantendo certa parcela de satisfação pulsional, estrutural, para além da fenomenologia do cenário de guerra.

Abstract: We present some research findings on the subjective responses around the jouissance, before the semblances offered by the Other, in the case of a former FARC-EP combatant. The purpose was to locate the significant coordinates that determine their position of jouissance with respect to their choice to sign the Peace Agreement with the Colombian State. As a finding, this step was possible when re-encountering the master signifiers that give consistency to his illusion of being something for the Other, maintaining a certain share of drive satisfaction, structural, beyond the phenomenology of the war scenario.

Resumo: Objetivou-se criar um diálogo entre a teoria do amadurecimento emocional de Winnicott e a dança clássica (ballet) com o intuito de aproximar os conceitos winnicottianos de integração, personalização e realização aos degraus trilhados na educação artística clássica de bailarinas(os). Partiu-se de um estudo qualitativo, embasado na psicanálise, empreendido por meio de entrevistas com dezesseis professores de ballet clássico com formação mista. Produziu-se uma interseção entre os dois campos de saber, de um lado, o desenvolvimento do self no caminho da dependência à independência e, do outro, a experiência das bailarinas na dinâmica maturacional técnica e artística exigida no ballet.

Abstract: The objective was to create a dialogue between Winnicott’s theory of emotional maturation and classical dance (ballet) with the aim of bringing Winnicott’s concepts of integration, personalization and achievement closer to the steps taken in the classical artistic education of dancers. The starting point was a qualitative study, based on psychoanalysis, undertaken through interviews with sixteen classical ballet teachers with mixed training. An intersection was produced between the two fields of knowledge: one, the development of the self on the path from dependence to independence, and the other, the experience of dancers in the technical and artistic maturational dynamics required in ballet.

Resumo: Neste artigo, a problemática da adolescência é elaborada a partir da dimensão da temporalidade psíquica considerando seu caráter singular e sua complexidade. No adolescer, travessia crucial na história de vida do sujeito, o infantil vem a ser objeto de profunda ressignificação, em múltiplos planos. A ressonância dessa passagem, da infância à vida adulta, no psiquismo das figuras parentais, em particular no contexto histórico atual, é um dos elementos deste texto em que também são contemplados, com foco na temporalidade, alguns dos entraves e destinos da experiência da pandemia no funcionamento psíquico de sujeitos adolescentes.

Abstract: In this article, the problem of adolescence is elaborated from the dimension of psychic temporality, considering its singular character and complexity. In adolescence, a crucial passage in the subject’s life history, childhood becomes the object of profound resignification on multiple levels. The resonance of this passage, from childhood to adulthood, in the psyche of parental figures, particularly in the current historical context, is one of the elements of this text, which also contemplates, with a focus on temporality, some of the obstacles and destinations of the experience of the pandemic in the psychic functioning of adolescent subjects.

Resumo: O presente artigo tem por objetivo discutir a articulação entre as dimensões Real, Simbólica e Imaginária da voz. Para isso, conceitos como lalangue, significante e sonoridade são abordados em paralelo aos três registros, a fim de demonstrar que a noção de voz em psicanálise requer uma amarração conceitual. Acreditamos que o debate em torno da pulsão invocante auxilia o campo clínico, principalmente aos analistas que se interessam pelos embaraços na constituição de sujeitos que apresentam uma relação particular com a própria voz e a voz do Outro.

Abstract: This article aims to discuss the articulation between the Real, Symbolic and Imaginary dimensions of the voice. For this, concepts such as lalangue, signifier and sonority are approached in parallel to the three registers, in order to demonstrate that the notion of voice in psychoanalysis requires a conceptual connection. We believe that the debate around the invoking drive helps the clinical field, especially for analysts who are interested in the embarrassments in the constitution of subjects who have a particular relationship with their own voice and the voice of the Other.

Resumo: Este artigo retoma a pulsão de apoderamento, compreendendo sua ação como potência criacionista e força atuante desde as origens da vida psíquica. Partimos de Freud e outros autores contemporâneos para explorá-la, indicando sua atividade criacionista no psiquismo, o qual reaparece em um fazer particular da clínica. Metodologicamente, recorremos ao trabalho da arte e do brincar, demonstrando a especificidade de tal pulsão e esclarecendo sua dinâmica. Por fim, sublinhamos as expressões da criação em duas direções, uma que reduz as posições do sujeito na cultura, culminando nos sintomas, e a outra, da criação na insistência rumo à reinvenção, além das repetições.

Abstract: This article takes up the drive for empowerment, understanding its action as a creationist power, and an active force since the origins of psychic life. We start with Freud and other contemporary authors to explore it, indicating their creationist activity in the psyche, which reappears in a particular practice in the clinic. Methodologically, we resorted to the work of art and play, demonstrating the specificity of such drive, clarifying its dynamics. Finally, we underline the expressions of creation in two directions, one that reduces the subject’s positions in culture, culminating in symptoms, and the other vector, of creation in the insistence towards reinvention. in addition to repetitions.

RESUMO: O presente artigo visa abordar a impossibilidade de representação da Coisa subjacente aos objetos criados e a elucidação da sublimação como o destino pulsional capaz de revelar a estrutura faltante do aparelho psíquico, especialmente, via a peculiaridade da arte. Além disso, objetiva-se a produção de analogias entre a formulação de Lacan acerca da sublimação como elevação de um objeto à dignidade da Coisa e a descrição do mecanismo subjetivo e subjacente à coisa artística pelo artista Marcel Duchamp, através de seu esclarecimento da essência do “ato criador”.

ABSTRACT: This article aims to address the impossibility of representing the Thing underlying created objects and to elucidate sublimation as the drive’s path that can reveal the missing structure of the psychic apparatus, especially, through the particularity of art. Furthermore, it seeks to produce analogies between Lacan’s formulation of sublimation as the elevation of an object to the dignity of the Thing and Marcel Duchamp’s description of the subjective mechanism underlying the artistic object, through his clarification of the essence of the “creative act”.

Resumo: A partir da importância do texto O tempo lógico e a asserção de certeza antecipada, de Jacques Lacan, para o campo psicanalítico, este artigo pretende analisar como essa tese pode vir a fundamentar o exercício da função de psicanalista na direção de tratamento, sobretudo em relação ao manejo transferencial com vistas à transformação subjetiva que se espera na clínica psicanalítica. Conclui-se que a modulação do tempo lógico subjetivo, engendrada pelo laço social e sustentada pela transferência, funciona como um centro norteador da direção de tratamento na clínica psicanalítica, possibilitando ao sujeito experiências transformativas para além da clínica.

Abstract: Based on the importance of Jacques Lacan’s text The logical time and the assertion of anticipated certainty for psychoanalysis, this article intends to analyze how this thesis can support the exercise of the psychoanalyst’s function in the direction of treatment, especially in its relation to the transference management aiming at the subjective transformation that is expected in the psychoanalytic clinic. It is concluded that the modulation of subjective logical time, engendered by the social bond and sustained by the transference, works as a guiding center for the direction of treatment in the psychoanalytic clinic, providing the subject transformative experiences beyond the clinic.

Resumo: Partindo da pesquisa multicêntrica - USP, UFRGS, UFMG - sobre os sonhos na pandemia, o presente artigo objetiva apresentar aspectos sobre a questão temporal no sonhar, a partir da psicanálise lacaniana. Para isto, parte-se do pressuposto presente na obra “Sonhos do Terceiro Reich”, de Charlotte Beradt, de que existiria uma ficção que fala da realidade, no sonhar das pessoas nos momentos que precederam a ascensão do nazismo. Segue-se a linha de interrogar qual futuro pode-se entender a partir dos sonhos e qual a potência desse futuro em tempos de pandemia.

Abstract: Based on a multicentric research - USP, UFRGS, UFMG - on dreams in the pandemic, this article aims to present aspects of the temporal issue in dreaming, based on Lacanian psychoanalysis. For this, it starts from the assumption present in the work “Dreams of the Third Reich”, by Charlotte Beradt, that there would be a fiction that speaks of reality, in people’s dreams in the moments that preceded the rise of Nazism. It follows the line of questioning which future can be understood from dreams and what is the power of this future in times of pandemic.

Resumo: O presente artigo aborda o modo como Lacan articula a subjetivação do desejo com o ser-para-a-morte a partir de seu comentário sobre Hamlet. Primeiro, é apresentado o conceito de-ser-para-morte em Heidegger. A seguir, partindo da relação da linguagem com a morte, é demonstrado como o ser-para-a-morte é articulado à teoria psicanalítica do desejo para demonstrar a dimensão trágica da existência e estabelecer os antecedentes ontológicos dos quais emerge a ética da psicanálise.

ABSTRACT: This article discusses how Lacan articulates the subjectivation of desire with the being for death from his commentary on Hamlet. First, the concept of being-for-death in Heidegger is presented. Next, starting from the relationship between language and death, it is demonstrated how being to death is articulated to the psychoanalytic theory of desire to demonstrate the tragic dimension of existence and establish the ontological antecedents from which the ethics of psychoanalysis emerges.

Resumo: Este artigo pretende apresentar, em primeiro lugar, a teoria feminista de Luce Irigaray e, em segundo, as teorias queer de Judith Butler e de Paul B. Preciado, procurando ressaltar suas críticas à psicanálise e propostas subversivas. Parte-se da hipótese de que essas teorias, por estarem inscritas em momentos históricos diferentes (a de Irigaray, na segunda onda feminista, enquanto a de Butler e Preciado, na terceira), trazem divergências a serem exploradas, buscando-se, ainda, enfatizar como cada uma contribui no sentido de pensarmos em novas teorias e práticas em psicanálise.

Abstract: This article aims to present firstly Luce Irigaray’s feminist theory and secondly Judith Butler’s and Paul B. Preciado’s queer theories, seeking to highlight their criticisms of psychoanalysis and subversive proposals. It is based on the hypothesis that these theories, situated in different historical moments (Irigaray’s in the second feminist wave, while Butler’s and Preciado’s in the third), bring divergences to be explored. At the same time, it seeks to emphasize how each contributes to thinking about new theories and practices in psychoanalysis.

Raramente é interrogada a partir da infeliz história da família brasileira composta de membros dos estamentos poderosos de Portugal, mas, sobretudo, dos escravizados cuja rede de parentesco era sistematicamente desmantelada. A prática com a psicanálise em instituições públicas autoriza a formulação de uma sociedade “sem pai”. Esta instância, sendo prescindível, dá lugar a organizações e invenções outras que exigem serem consideradas em sua positividade.

Resumen: El artículo aborda la cuestión del padre, fundamental en la construcción conceptual del psicoanálisis, que parte de un acuerdo respecto de una figura central de la Europa masculinista del siglo XIX. Rara vez se cuestiona a partir de la desafortunada historia de la familia brasileña formada por miembros de los poderosos estamentos de Portugal, pero sobre todo de personas esclavizadas cuya red de parentesco fue sistemáticamente desmantelada. La práctica del psicoanálisis en instituciones públicas autoriza la formulación de una sociedad “sin padre”. Esta instancia, al ser prescindible, da lugar a otras organizaciones e invenciones que exigen ser consideradas en su positividad.

Abstract: The article addresses the question of the father, fundamental in the conceptual construction of psychoanalysis, which starts from an agreement regarding a central figure in masculinist Europe of the 19th century. It is rarely questioned based on the unfortunate history of the Brazilian family made up of members of Portugal’s powerful strata, but above all of enslaved people whose kinship network was systematically dismantled. The practice of psychoanalysis in public institutions authorizes the formulation of a “fatherless” society. This instance, being dispensable, gives rise to other organizations and inventions that demand to be considered in their positivity.

Resumo: O propósito deste artigo é analisar a experiência mística realizada pela religiosa Marie de la Trinité à luz da noção de gozo feminino. Para tanto, apresentaremos o conceito de gozo feminino, no que ele implica um modo distinto de gozo a ser localizado mais além do campo da significação fálica. Aproximaremos a experiência mística ao conceito de gozo, desde a correlação feita por Lacan entre estes dois âmbitos, de modo a demarcar a ligação existente entre mística, incidência psíquica e a especificidade do fenômeno místico.

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to analyze the mystical experience carried out by the religious Marie de la Trinité in the light of the notion of female jouissance. In order to do so, we will present the concept of female jouissance, in that it implies a distinct mode of jouissance to be located beyond the field of phallic meaning. We will approach the mystical experience to the concept of jouissance, from the correlation made by Lacan between these two scopes, in order to demarcate the existing link between mystique, psychic incidence and the specificity of the mystical phenomenon.

Abstract: In this article I discuss, from the Freudian definition of drive as a limit between the psychic and the somatic, how the concept of body, as it appears in psychoanalysis, signs up in an ongoing process of deconstruction of binarisms that structure the western thought and more and more contaminate the hegemonic thought. In this path, I present Jean-Luc Nancy’s concept of deconstruction and limit-body that can contribute to a reflection on the clinic of limit and the experience with the foreigner in the analysis.

Resumo: A relação de Lacan com a formalização da metapsicologia psicanalítica sempre foi complexa, compondo um espaço topológico multifacetado na obra do psicanalista. De fato, trata-se não só de uma questão marcante na trajetória pela qual passa o ensino de Lacan, como também um impasse ainda presente no pensamento psicanalítico, precisamente por impor a continuidade de seu pensar. Impasse, não obstante, possível de ser destrinchado por meio de duas questões centrais: o problema do limite e o problema da transmissão, ambos derivados da formulação original de Lacan do real como o impossível.

Abstract: The relationship between Lacan and the formalization of psychoanalytic metapsychology has always been complex, composing a multifaceted topological space. Indeed, this relationship is not only a remarkable issue of Lacan’s teaching, but it has also been an impasse that remains present within the current psychoanalytic thought, precisely for imposing the continuity of its thinking. An impasse, nonetheless, that can be unraveled via two problems: limit and transmission, derived from Lacan’s original formulation of the Real as the Impossible.

RESUMO: O presente artigo parte de uma perplexidade frente ao cenário pandêmico brasileiro, marcado pelo desmentido social, por parte de autoridades públicas, em relação à experiência de perda por covid-19. Assim, nos debruçamos sobre essa experiência a partir do testemunho de Lena, uma profissional da saúde que perdeu o companheiro, Beto, por covid. Articulamos aspectos testemunhais à segunda teoria do trauma, em Freud, e à noção de desmentido ferencziana. Chamamos a atenção para alguns dos possíveis impactos do desmentido nesta experiência, tomando o luto enquanto um fenômeno político. Apontamos para a complexidade desse processo, que se desenrola em um movimento pendular.

ABSTRACT: This article starts from a perplexity regarding the Brazilian pandemic scenario, marked by social denial on the part of public authorities regarding the experience of loss due to covid-19. Thus, we delve into this experience through the testimony of Lena, a healthcare professional who lost her partner, Beto, to covid. We articulate testimonial aspects with Freud’s second theory of trauma and Ferenczian denial notion. We draw attention to some possible impacts of denial in this experience, considering mourning as a political phenomenon. We point out the complexity of this process, which unfolds in a pendulum movement.

Resumo: Este texto parte da articulação do seminário Encore, de Jacques Lacan, com o texto Além do princípio de prazer, de Sigmund Freud, em que problematizamos os modos de gozo envolvidos na constituição dos sintomas que afetam o corpo evidenciando um excesso pulsional desvinculado de uma representação. Essa interlocução avançará por meio de uma sucinta revisão do trauma, perpassando o real lacaniano e a clínica do excesso que dele resulta, a fim de circundar uma direção do tratamento nessas modalidades sintomáticas.

Abstract: text is part of the articulation of Jacques Lacan’s Encore seminar, with the text Beyond the Pleasure Principle, by Sigmund Freud, in which we problematize the modes of enjoyment involved in the constitution of symptoms that affect the body, highlighting a drive excess unrelated to a representation. This dialogue will advance through a succinct review of the trauma, going through the Lacanian reality and the clinic of excess that results from it, in order to outline a direction for treatment in these symptomatic modalities.
