A 31 years old man who developed paraplegia due to a meningomyelitis is reported. Cerebrospinal fluid examination showed 116 white cells with 57% eosinophils- On the 79th day the patient died from pulmonary embolism. On post mortem examination no eosinophilic infiltrations was found. However, a detailed histologic examination was not perfomed.
