External and internal pelvic, body mensuraments and external mensuraments of calves were in vivo accomplished in 142 females of bovine Nelore breed, using standard scale and Rice pelvimeter. The averages and the respective standart deviations for the body mensuraments were: for weight live 390.19 ± 45.23 kg; for thoracic perimeter 174 ± 8.60 cm; for girth height 129 ± 4.10 cm; for body length 144 ± 7.10 cm. The averages and respective standart deviations for the external pelvic mensuraments were: for external bi-iliac 46.19 ± 2.72 cm; for bi-isquiatic 16.23 ± 1.57 cm; for ilioisquiatic 46.43 ± 2.12 cm. For the interns pelvic, mensuraments, the averages and respective standart deviations were: for dorsal bi-iliac 12.69 ± 1.08 cm; for ventral bi-iliac 12.2 ± 0.86 cm; for medium bi-iliac 14.32 ± 1.07cm; for sacro-pubic 17.68 ± 1.45 cm; for internal bi-isquiatic 9.96 ± 0.94 cm. For pelvic area estimate, the averages and respective standart deviations were: for ellipse area 199.42 ± 26.20 cm²; for rectangle area 253.91 ± 33.36 cm². The estimates of correlations among external and internal pelvic mensuraments, in general, of low, indicating absence of associations among the different measures.
