Abstract
The methodology of Networks Social Analysis was employed in order to investigate the info-communication relations between healthcare professionals of one segment of basic healthcare. The research field comprised three family clinics and one group of Health Family Support Nucleus (HFSN) related to planning area 5.2 of Rio de Janeiro County, totalizing 150 workers among healthcare professionals, technical team e community health agents (CHA). The main goal was to describe the information flow between these professionals, especially those regarding healthcare. This article points out results related to key actors and the role they might play in regard to innovation and dissemination of healthcare policy, focusing on recognizing and listening others. The results point actors with high level of centrality – opinion, intermediation and information capillarity leaders – in the informal network relation that early adopts the notion of care amid acceptance and listening and allow the deployment of diffusion innovation strategies within the segment of basic health care here investigated.
