ABSTRACT
The article presents data about the penetration of education technology (EdTechs) companies, especially big techs, in public education in Bahia. Contracts are presented that aim to sell hardware, software and courses that focus on the control of routines, advance on the autonomy of teaching work. The study shows that opening education to educational technologies is a guideline of international organizations at the same time it demonstrates the network of public-private partnershipsprivate that disputes the direction of public education.
