Strange pasts found in a museum: children and their views on unknown times

This paper discusses children's problems when they encounter marks of past times in the present. Starting from an event in which, for the first time ever, a group of children went to a museum, it discusses their criteria to name and try to understand this strange past, based on the children's speech and uncanniness.
