ABSTRACT
The article analyses the actions of continued teaching formation adopted for teaching municipal system of Campina Grande, according the hegemoniacal private systems (HPS), in the scope of the programs Aprender Valor, from Brazil Central Bank, and Alfabetização Campina de A a Z, from Municipal Educational Secretaryship, together with Instituto Gesto. The articles supposes that these formation are coherent with the logical deepening of business world and financial, income, speculated and investment capital. The article concludes that HPS promotes a continued formation that aims the teachers becames an instrument, in their pedagogical practices, diffusers of capitalist, individualism, consumerist and speculative sociability.
