Open-access PRIVATIZATION OF THE EARLY EDUCATION OFFER IN BELÉM-PA: ANALYSIS OF THE SÃO PAULO COMMUNITY CENTER (2018-2022)

    ABSTRACT

    The present study investigates the relationship established between the Municipal Department of Education of Belém-PA and the São Paulo Community Center (SEMEC), based on agreements from 2018 to 2022 for educational provision. The research is based on historical-dialectical materialism, using official documents from SEMEC, School Census and Transparency Portal. The results indicate contradictions in the equivalence of the number of enrollments offered, in the financial resources foreseen and transferred.
