Education of the handicapped: a historical matter

This paper discusses the education of people considered handicapped and their possibilities of having access to systematic knowledge. Therefore, it approaches the school organization and the relationship with knowledge, connects education with work and, at last, discusses the integration of this questions in a neoliberal politics context, avoiding and abstract reading and defending a historicas approach.
