SUMMARY
Aiming to develop analytical methodology for the determination of available molybdenum in soil and organic fertilizer, it was improved a procedure using a 1.0 mol. L-1 ammonium acetate extraction solution, pH 6.5-7.0, shaking for 7 hours, and signal measurement by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (GFAAS, 2650 °C atomization temperature; detection limit of 2.0 ng Mo.mL-1).
