ABSTRACT
This study aims to identify the main trends in the Federal Audit Court’s jurisprudence up to 2020 regarding federal regulatory agencies in general and to assess whether any incursions on the merits of regulation are focused or not on specific regulatory matters. For this purpose, it provides an overview of the institutional characteristics of the agencies, a summary of the constitutional and legal regime of the Federal Audit Court and an overview of its narratives and decisions on regulatory matters.
