This research describes fasciolosis occurrence in a farm from Presidente Prudente, São Paulo, Brazil, based on liver condemnation at slaughterhouse. Presence of Lymnaea molluscs and Fasciola hepatica eggs was demonstrated in pastures and fecal samples, respectively. The farm presents favorable conditions in order to the develop intermediate host and support the emergence of Fasciola autochthonous cases in the region. It is also remarkable the possibility of economical losses derived from this parasitism.
