Leadership and intersubjecive processes in health public organizations

The present study examines the topic of leadership, considered a key element to face the difficulties regarding changing processes in public health organizations, especially when humanization of assistance and higher level of institutional responsibility for results are in question. It's necessary to admit the limits of management tools as guides in the process of implementing changes in individual/organization relationship patterns, implied in the issue of employees' participation and engagement in a certain institutional proposition. This investigation intends to link the sociology of organizations analysis of leadership and related topics with the French psychosociology approach and psycoanalitical understanding of intersubjective group and unconscious dimensions of organizations and leadership exercizing.
