With the objective of providing subsidies for the control of microorganisms at poultry slaughter, evaluated the action of agents disinfectants chemists, provably more efficient (sodium hypochlorite, peracetic acid, and sodium dicloroisocyanurate) in suspensions of bacterium spores morphologicly different, isolated of equipaments of poultry slaughter. Through Duncan test, we verified that the most resistant, isolate, got 1,5 and 1,2 RD when in contact with the sodium hypochlorite and peracetic acid, respectively, with contact time of 30 minutes (P > 0,05). The sodium dicloroisocyanurate got 0,1 RD in 30 minutes of contact time with this suspension. The isolated spores show different resistances in relationship to disinfectants evatuaded, indicating the necessity of the standard selection of chemists agents for the proceeding of sanitation, being important a selection between the most efficient testified disinfectants, that were sodium hypochlorite and peracetic acid.
