The current article aims to assess health technologies used by Family Health Strategy teams to develop mental health actions in the territory. This is a qualitative evaluative study, carried out with two family health teams, developed with Fourth Generation Evaluation. In order to collect the data, methods used were participant observation and individual interview. The data were analyzed using Constant Comparative Method. The results showed that professional used several technologies for mental health inclusion in the territory, such as receptivity, qualified listening, therapeutic bond, home visits, discussion of case, medical consultation and therapeutic group. Development of these actions has made possible to build a new mental health practice that values the individual under psychic suffering as a main actor of his own existence.
