Comes a cutting of institutional research of evaluation of the repercussions of the extension project in the daily of all the participants. It leans on the concepts of community aprendente, to know to take care, sharing of you know. The object is constituted of the manners of to learn and to feel of participant women of an extension project in popular education in health, developed between 2004 and 2006 in the island of Caratateua, Belém. He/she researches qualitative that interviewed fifteen women in 2005 and it used the method of the collective subject’s speech. The collective speeches reveal intense association between the cognitive and the affectionate; they indicate that the ruled educational practices in the circles of dialogues promote repercussions in the daily of the participants’ life and they point changes of behaviors cares in knowing to take care. It is ended that the project favored not only crossings of you know, but a (with) existence of affections, that defined the permanence in the project and it marked the manners of to feel and to learn to produce health.
