Cyberethics: ethics in the virtual space of electronic games

ABSTRACT:

The objective of the work is to identify the influences that the electronic games have on construction of the moral and the ethics. Ahead of this, we search to catch the present singularity in the relation that the players establish with the virtual space, using as methodology inspiration the cartography. In the research, five young were observed and had told their experiences with the electronic games. From this, we propose the concept of cyberethics, understood as a present ethical procedure in the electronic games that the capacity of the citizen-player considers to evaluate the definite rules and to guide its behavior in the virtual world.
