We present by this article the result of an investigation carried out with public schools teachers of the city of Cáceres-MT. The text is part of a research under the heading The supervised training in teacher formation: pedagogical practice of the trainees from the vision of the teachers in the rural school. In our analyses we presented the conception of the supervised training related to the teachers' thought and the evaluation of such teachers about positive aspects they consider in this practice. The methodology used has as assumption of research the qualitative research, with the application of a questionnaire for 62 teachers from elementary and high public schools in the city of Cáceres-MT. The perspectives pointed here lead us to the understanding of the challenges faced in the teacher formation through the relationship between the school and the university for the realization of the Supervised Training.
