ABSTRACT
This paper resulted from the investigation “Playing, body, and movement as axes in the qualification of early childhood education teachers”, and aims to analyze the results reflection upon what students from the education undergraduate course at the State University of Ponta Grossa, who are in the supervised curricular internship in childhood education, think about children’s playing in the schools where they develop their internship. The theoretical background of this investigation includes Foucault (2007), Larrosa (2004; 2016), Fortuna (2011) and Dornelles (2001). It is a qualitative study developed using interviews, field diaries, and dialogue meetings. The interns showed that it is possible to devise new interactive practices between playing, body, and movement, and use these practices to constitute playing teachers and children.
