The Integrated Project Strategical Management of competences and the formation of the citizen of the XXI century, Plano Sul/CNPq-Fapergs, proposes diagnostics to social schooling and non schooling organizations, through a set of indexes, as well as management modalities - instruments, processes and practices - turned to the implementation, monitoring and to the evaluation of the processes for the formation of competences founded on a complex trans disciplinary perspective.
