Ilusion or naiveté?: Teaching data and educational policies

By presenting data on teaching as produced by the OCSE, this article proposes to explain the interest caused by such a product during the last ten years and describes the evolution of such data comparing educational systemas as defined by OCSE. It also examines the utilizations of such data by educational policies considering its importance, limits and ambiguities.
