Considering the crisis context of education, this paper discusses the unity-plurality relationship based on the training proposal. Taking into account the new contours of reason, acquired through linguistic shift, it is guided by the question: can we still maintain the formation (Bildung) discourse within the context of plurality of the contemporary perspectives permeating education? In fact, the detranscendentalization of reason directly related pedagogical ends to the way knowledge and subject are understood in education. The crisis of the concept of formation and its impacts on the pedagogical environment allow us to comprehend the very subject of formation as plural. We can thus untie the Bildung concept from the mast of the ship conducing to totalitarian universality and understand it in the exercise of the multiple emerging from sirens' (en)chant(ment)s.
