The education professionals health problems constitutes a major challenge for public health. This situation is due mainly to a set of factors related to the organization of work in schools and, also, to the absence of a state policy directed towards the problems associated to the poor working conditions in schools. Our main aim in this paper is to examine one experience of change in a working context of a school emphasizing its relationship to health. We deal specifically with a management experience approached the relationship between work and health of the education professionals as part of an intervention research. Through the interviews, we conducted an analysis of the qualitative changes which can be interpreted as a free exercise to pursue ways of managing work in schools by workers who have taken health as a value.
