AFFECTIVE DIMENSION IN THE CLASSROOM OF CHILDREN: PROFESSIONAL PRACTICES AND TEACHER TRAINING

ABSTRACT

The study presented is part of the framework Project “DREAM”, which aims to know the conditions of the educational systems of the participating countries as the backbone of an Affective Educational Model. This paper presents the results obtained in the 3-6 strip. A mixed methodology has been used. The quantitative study has shown that the involved professors have a good initial training. This explains the wider way in which those professors understand and approach the curriculum, the fact that the activities consider the two dimensions, and the concern of listening to the students and let them express their emotions.
