This paper approaches the understanding of policies as collective practices, in day-to-day contexts, the multiple relationships of "practitioners" in the daily networks of knowledge and meanings, the concern with the political actions in rhizomes - the challenges to their understanding - and the indication of possible processes: the contexts of teacher training and the idea of "teachersstudents" in the present days.
